  A 4 star Hotel on the lake

  We arrived without a reservation, the gentleman on reception gave us a spacious room overlooking the lake on the 1st floor. It was indeed a room with a lot of space and with a big bathroom and good shower facilities. All the amenities were provided in the room with a king size bed with good mattress and a flat screen TV. Air Con was available but we do not use it although it was quite cool with open window. A very nice balcony looking on the lake was also there for us to enjoy. The room was also very clean no complaints at all. We had a very good sleep. Breakfast was included in the rate with quite a lot of things to choose from. We did not notice to be offered coffee but a lots of other options like tea or fascomilo (I had not tried it for many years, it was so tasty ) We bought our coffee a very good cappuccino less than a Euro each. The rate we paid was of 1 star Hotel in Europe and this is a good 4 star Hotel. Parking was also free. It is a good well managed Hotel with excellent staff. The ladies on check out were also very kind and professional., If you are in Pogradec, stay in this Hotel on the lake and you will have an enjoyable stay like us.

  Superb

  The best place to go and to be in Pogradec. A perfect location, wonderful couisine and very friendly staff! Clean rooms, great parking, a kingdom garden and super view of the lake of Ohrid! Cant find really something better!

  Extremely basic services

  The elevator wasn't working and beside we called them and reserved at least two hours in advance (out of season) and told them that we had children they accommodated us in the third floor... The room was warmed enough, but it was not that clean, the bathroom roof was damaged by the water. To smelly the room. The breakfast was extremely basic, we have to choose between: Eggs, Eggs and Eggs... They also made us pay for the coffee..... The location is very good if you prefer quiet and nature, it's also 5 minutes walk from the city center.

  General feedback

  I was in this hotel for the whole weekend. I didnt like the service at all. The room was not well cleaned. It was very expensive considering what it offered. I did not enjoy staying there at all. So disappointed!

  A good renovated Pogradec Hotel by the lake

  We have stayed here in the past, we liked this Hotel that's why we came back. The lady at reception was very friendly and it was nice to speak to her in English and to reply to us in Greek our mother tongue. She gave us a room on the first floor overlooking the lake with a nice balcony. A good size room with plenty of space, nice new furniture and a big bed with good mattress which enabled to have a good night sleep. A big bathroom too with a good shower and all the amenities in place. A new TV screen which was working fine and aircon perfect too. Breakfast was included in the rate but if you wanted coffee you must pay extra for it. There was a breakfast buffet which could be better. The rate was good for what the Hotel was providing. We paid our bill by credit card, our card forgotten back, it is now over 20 days and we have not received it back although there was communication with the Hotel and they promised to mail to us to our home address. We had also dinner in the Hotel's restaurant probably a different business which we did not enjoy, they were very busy that night, service was poor and they overcharged our bill substantially according to their menu. Overall a good renovated Hotel, worth staying but we cannot recommend their restaurant because of the quality of food and the overcharge of our account.
