  Aguas termales y dinosaurios, fantástica combinación

  Una muy grata sorpresa su piscina de agua termal. Restaurante con muy generosas ´porciones y ambiente de cacería. A unos pasos está el museo de dinosaurios que merece un visita. Regresaría con gusto.

  Worn out and too many dead animals.

  We found this hotel close to the Hot Springs in Thermopolis and only stayed one night. Hotel overall was poorly cared for, needed updated and didn't have anything special to offer for the price. Due to Covid the pool and the hot tub were both closed but they had passes to another facility in town. The photographs in the room and the bed cover were both very nice and seemed to be a recent addition. However the carpet was almost moist and sticky, the room questionably clean. The grounds and hotel poorly maintained. The courtyard full of dog poop in the grass and the doors needed to be freshened up. The breakfast was a "bag" breakfast with a bottle of water, a muffin and a dried out orange. This could be a really nice place because the location is excellent. The last thing that bothered me was the stuffed dead animals in the lobby, along with too many photos of hunters with dead animals. A few would be ok but there are too many!

  Horrible night

  No masks except in breakfast. No social distancing, staff cold and not practicing any Covid guidelines. Best to stay next store atBest western Breakfast staff did wear masks, but no social distancing in room,

  Great time at the Hot Springs!

  Nice hotel, amazing location within walking distance of the FREE hot springs, geothermal activity and park. Loved exploring the area and the river! We definately will come back and spend more time in the Wind River Canyon and area.... D of KC

  Not what we expected from Wyndham

  Booked for a get away with my wife for the weekend. Upon check in were were headed to our room and the Marijuana smell on the first floor was strong but fortunately we were on the second floor so we proceeded upstairs. When we opened our room it was nothing like the pictures on line and the end tables and small table had obviously NOT been cleaned from the last visitors as had drinks spilled on them and were nasty as was the heat/ac unit as it also had drinks spilled on it that had not been cleaned. Hand prints on the mirrors and windows and even "used ear plugs" on the floor by the bed that had not been vacuumed up or cleaned. Bathroom heat vent was filthy with dust. They did come up and clean after we complained but were pretty nonchalant about it. Continental breakfast was pretty much inedible except the biscuits and gravy. Food at the restaurant was good but the cobwebs hanging from all the animal heads was not very appealing. Motel is in need of an update for sure and we will not be back. We tried to switch to another hotel but they were all booked.
