  A gem!

  We booked this hotel for two nights at the last minute from the Logis' listing. A little nervous when we then found reviews complaining of the dark rooms, but we did not find this a problem - the small dormer windows actually keep the room cool. The hotel was tastefully modern, well-equipped, immaculately decorated and impeccably clean. Service was friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. Breakfast was good, and the evening meal was excellent - good food, well-cooked and attractively presented. The best all-round hotel of the four we stayed in during this trip to the area. The only possible negative is that Gramat is not the most attractive of places, but a good base for exploring the area.

  "Lots" of Hospitality

  Our 3 nights here were very memorable. The cuisine here is amazing. See my restaurant review. Rooms are very clean, comfy, but dark. I agree with another reviewer's comments stating that the darker rooms are nice. It gets hot here and the dark rooms are cooler. Pool is very clean, open area for kids and adults alike to run around. Great WIFI. Parking is easy. We biked a number of GR routes from here and this area was fantastic for outdoor activities. We did a few bike routes to Rocamadour and the Gouffre de Padirac amongst other interesting sites. Hike to the Moulin au Saut. Impressive canyon. In general the Lot is a fabulous place. Limitations: The breakfast is a bit meager. More homemade items would have been appreciated. Annex rooms are outside of the hotel and well, "outside" so you need to cross the exterior when coming and going. Rooms are a bit dark Overall very charming stay for couples

  Very nice stay

  Stayed here for a Saturday night on the way back from Spain. The hotel was full, but we spent a quiet and very comfortable night in the main hotel. We had a meal in the excellent restaurant, and it was one of the best menus I've had for some time! Overall very impressed with the service and stay.

  RUDEST RECEPTION,NEVER STAY HERE

  We liked the hotel and wanted to extend the stay for one more night when we first checked in with the condition that we could stay in the same room.They accepted it and gave us a room and after we moved in they came to our room to ask to change the room the next morning bc they needed the room for a handicapped person. Of course we agreed and the next morning we learned that we had to stay next to the restaurant which is the noisiest place. When we said we would not extend one more night if we knew we would change the room the gentleman in the reception began to shout so loud and said 'this is the only room, if you want to stay stay or you leave' I have never seen such a rude and disrespectful hotel behavior in my life, shouting at a customer and disrespecting a female like this. The hotel is very nice but this management style is unacceptable so I suggest not to stay here
