  Directamente en la Playa

  Los apartamentos tienen todo la comodidad que uno espera. Cocina amplia, habitación amplia, sala amplia y muebles acorde. Hasta pastillas para la lavadora tiene. Una linda terraza para comer fuera o simplemente para sentarse y mirar y relajarse. Además cuenta con la calidez de Carmeli, que te resuelve todas las necesidades. Hasta sillas de playa y parasol nos consiguió. Una genia.!!! Sin duda, si lo que buscas es playa tranquila y mucho relax, tanto la Playa de Punta Prima como los apartamentos del Hostal Punta Prima son una combinación perfecta.

  Espectacular

  El apartamento muy amplio, equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia, muy limpio y justo en frente de la playa. Ideal para ir en familia o con amigos. La zona es muy tranquila, con accesibilidad a los supermercados, restaurantes y farmacia.

  Fantastico

  Imagínate, a diez metros de la playa en una pequeña bahía. Balcón con vista sobre el mar. Departamento con todo lo que necesitas, incluyendo a dos señoras que no pueden ser más amable para asistir con la limpieza y otros problemas si hay o soluciones en que visitar etc. A la noche a partir de las 23.15, paz total, no discoteca, ni gritos. Fabuloso.

  Revisit, but just got even better

  This would be our second visit here to these apartments situated at Punta Prima. We reviewed already the last time visit but certainly deserves an update to commentary. The accommodation is splendid, spacious, clean and well looked after. It's always possible to find faults of course; there were no bolts on the bathroom doors - if that would be an issue for some. Out of every type of accommodation here at Punta Prima Menorca, this is the closest to the beach; from the outer gate of the apartments, the beach is to be reached within 38 seconds, a mere 52 paces. There are many styles of building around the bay but this has to be the best; blending in so well and is certainly the cleanest and coolest looking with its unique sand coloured brickwork. It's about the only building that is not to be painted. We needed only one room but paid 100 euros extra for an apartment facing the sea. Otherwise you'll face the activity park - but still better than a car park. The accommodation here on the first floor (no elevator) would sleep six, it has a large terrace and is maintained by friendly staff. There is an apartment also on the second floor which we have not seen. It must be enormous as the terrace is the width of the whole of the three first floor accommodations. Here we find supplied towels changed daily, tea towels and wash up liquid, hand soap at all basins. Very close by are three Spar shops, all with reasonable prices, but when buying your souvenirs to take home, check all the outlets which have the same goods but you can pay double at times. The beach is cleaned regularly and has three lifeguards on duty through the day. They deal with all crises including the some times jellyfish sting. Toilets are available also for wheelchair access. The accommodation also has a wheelchair available. This can be useful to help someone to reach the beach via the wooden walkway. Beds were fine and made up daily. Showers had good power and were easily adjustable. Utensils are of good standard. Ready for you to use is microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine with soap tablets, four ring cooker with oven, toaster and fast boil kettle. Also is available to use the iron and hair dryer. Anything amiss is to be reported to the friendly staff of the hotel reception. The safe is in the main bedroom and operates with a key, collected at the hotel reception for the holiday duration with a fee and deposit. On arrival, it is necessary to be dropped off at the main hotel reception to receive the key, then walk 10 minutes with cases to the hostal. Check out also there at main reception ahead of time but then can wait, with luggage, for pick up at the Hostal if getting transfer to the airport. Our transfers were with Jet 2 holidays - a seamless operation. All facilities of the hotel are free to use by self catering guests of the Hostal. They include the swimming pool and games. All meals can be taken there too by purchasing vouchers to pay for the selected meals. Local restaurants are already very close and seemed good value. English, Spanish and German tastes are well catered for. We were pleased that at the Michelangelo, the cannelloni, lasagne, ravioli and paella which would be expected to be burdened with garlic, all contained none. Wi-fi is also available at the hotel reception but it's to be paid for. Not so at the Hostal where its always free. Signal is best nearest the office where is displayed the password. TV and radio channels are available at the hostal building via the roof aerial and/or the large satellite dish. Oddly, the only English speaking channels are RT, France 24, itv London, itv 2, itv 4 and itv Be. BBC channels are not available through the TV. Sky News is available live via YouTube. Radio channels will of course be accessible through the free Wi-fi by TuneIn or other apps, but if taking a portable radio from the UK, the long wave signal on 198 is audible in darkness hours for Radio 4 and World Service. Nights were quiet though there is entertainment till late at the close by beach restaurant. The fact that it's the nicest building and is the nearest to the beach sells this venue over the rest. The flower bed was planted but a little neglected for the weeds and dead-heading. We could not resist tending to make look healthy again. Shops and restaurants are close and the whole of the seaward side of Punta Prima can be seen from here. This is currently, undoubtedly the tops.

  Amazing penthouse

  Just returned from a 2 week stay at hostal punta prima (isle de air beach apartments) With jet 2. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to the penthouse oh my god was it worth it. You get the whole of the top floor with 3 terraces. The one at the front was massive with amazing views of the sea, beach and the whole of punta prima. Very well equipped for self catering. Cleaned and towels changed every day. Limited English Channel on the 3 TVs but only watched news a couple of times. Could use the facilities of isle de air apartments but we didnt preferred to stay on beach which you have direct access to. Lovely restaurants to eat out in in punta prima and you can get to nearby places like Cala Torret and binibeca by land train and taxi taxi really reasonable at 7 euros. Couldnt fault jet 2 check in flight transfer and rep all good will definitely be returning
