  Sad and Pathetic

  After traveling through the nite from Vaal Triangle to Kimberley arriving at 02:20 in the morning ... I was given a handful of remotes and complimentary coffee pack only to arrive at a 4 sleeper room wit a lamidated aircon not able t o heat and even blow enough air Blown Globe in the bathroom Beds not all even covered decently Just went to sleep to rest ... noisy throughout the night Next morning ... 1) No water pressure at all ... not able to decently wash and clean ... 2) shower door not able to close so bent 3) paint chipped on the bathroom door Just paid for 2 nites and decided to leave Returned remotes kept together with tape Returned remotes and complimentary coffee packs Just to get to reception to find am astounded receptionist looking at me if she just cant believe the experience I just told her about !   Very rude Arrogant barlady arrogant drunk and rude bar woman treats customers badly Useless!and pours wrong drinks Closes the bar at 10.30 on a saturday night as shhe wants to,again one of the reasons we wont come to the horseshoe inn!pity!

  Cheap and cheerful but needs maintenance

  The motel has pleasant rooms for its price bracket as a cheap overnight stay but our original room had a rattling aircon and the next room offered didnt work at all. Went back to the original room and the aircon stopped just before midnight. Given the heat of Kimberley, not a restful sleep. The restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings but the Spur is just down the road. The breakfast was good, with lovely bacon, but soft eggs was a step too far. Will try a different place next time.

  no no no I made a booking at the hotel and got transfered to horse shoe inn they made the booking there firstly the staff are soooo friendly not the really do not like their job do not stay here the aircon dit not work the room smelled like smoke door dit not want to close and lock the pillows was yellow stained and not clean the people where walking in the street with their boxers and beer in hand not safe parking att all me and my sister went and demanded our money back I knew for R640 it wont be anything fancy but damm not that bad

  Sick and shocking

  Wish i could upload a photo but i just wanted to get out of the place! The room was dusty, door broken pillows was stained yellow, aircontioner broken. The parking was a nightmare and this all happed after booking at the hottel and finding out the owner linked the phones and they booked us at the horseshoe Inn not the airport hotel after answering "hello airport hotel" grumpy staff not happy to help...
