  Lovely place, excellent location

  I stayed for one night in this lovely hotel. The location couldn't be better; it is a walking distance from shopping mall and the old town, as well as the Palace of Parliament. Also a metro station and airport bus stop are right behing the corner. My room was spacious and clean with a nice view to the square. The staff was friendly and helpful, I couldn't feel more welcome! The breakfast was served in the restaurant next door and I think it could have been communicated a bit better (what is included, etc.) Anyway, I would be happy to stay in this cosy hotel again!

  Nice place no restful sleep

  Hard time rating this hotel. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was on the small side but clean. Only one window opened but it opened over a roof and didn't feel it was safe to leave it open. Our room was over the staircase and the little lobby was right below. It was like being in someone's house. Two nights we were there it was extremely noisy, people talking in the little lobby past 1 a.m. and we couldn't sleep either night. Centrally located. Super nice bakery, cafe and restaurant connected to hotel. Excellent food. Waiters on the grumpy side until we left a big tip and got a huge smile and grateful thanks. Perhaps a room on the back side of the hall would be quieter...

  Only for the location

  This hotel has a very good location. The rooms are ok, but the staff can't solve any problems. The minibar fridge wasn't working in my room, so I informed the girl at the reception. First she came to check it and then she send the man at the bar to check it. They said: "Sorry but it doesn't work." That's it. The hotel wasn't full so they could change my room, but they didn't. I explained the the reason why I needed the fridge but they didn't care. I had to drink hot water and hot coke in a hot weather. The breakfast was very poor. It's served in a small room. The lady comes to give you a cup of coffee and then she disappears. So, the only thing I liked about this hotel is its location. Nothing else..!

  3 Days in Bucharest

  The location of this hotel is terrific. Central to everything. My room and bathroom were large and very clean. The street side rooms can be noisy because of the busy street so beware of that if you are a light sleeper. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was fine for me but may seem skimpy to big breakfast eaters. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. Great service and good Italian food. Overall and very pleasant stay and the best recommendation - I would stay there again.

  Totally worth it!

  Superb location, very friendly staff! In the heart of the town. The breakfast needs some improvements but if you ask the can make eggs on the spot! Nice and comfortable bed and very clean!. All personnel is very nice!
