  Hi, Am writing this review while sitting in my room, the only benefit of staying here is it's a cheap stay that's it, If you are looking for comfort and service please stay away. Pros - cheap stay and near to calangute beach Cons - bad breakfast, no hot water in room and after complaining the reply I got was, sir the weather is hot already why do you want hot water for bathing, room service is pathetic, they will forget to clean your room coz in my case they did and I had to remind them to do it, more like requesting, for each small service you have to request and please the staff. Tata sky not working from 2 days. It's an oyo property and if you call their customer care to complain they'll never pick up and if they did they will disconnect. My suggestion dont visit this place, if you do wanna visit come for cheao stay and sleep dont expect any service. Thanks

  Horrible Horrible HORRIFYING

  This booking for four days was done through OYO & for the first time I had this horrible experience.Check in was done on 29 October at 4 am ( At such odd hour preference was having a immediate nap ).Now Horrifying experience...room had a foul smell ,mattresses were dirty... bed sheets were torn , bathroom was totally stinky with red red stains all over.Even lying on the mattress for few hours was impossible....reception person Salman & Ms Chaitanya were contacted for change of room at 8 am .To our surprise all the rooms shown to us were same ...Full of webs & with Foul smell.I then contacted the manager on his mobile since he was reported to be unwell & sick but he could not help too.Since payment was made for breakfast & dinner we thought of having breakfast in the mean time but to our surprise tea was served in broken cup hence we didnt touch anything.For information our room number was 304 and we had to look for another accommodation & checked out at 9 am from the hotel. I am writing such review for the first time since I would like to assure that no one should go even near such hotel properties.

  Shocked at deterioration in standards

  It pains to write this review as we have been guests at this hotel since it opened its doors over 20 years ago. Although we had a different but enjoyable stay in 2019 hotel standards have plummeted since being taken over by OYO. During our visit this year (2020) we were told to bring in our own drinks & food because the bar & restaurant have been closed down. The pool is surrounded by badly broken unusable sun-beds, the patio area had a few old tables with food & bottle debris, the jewellery & tailor shops have been vacated, & the whole guest area was filthy. We were stunned at how far the standards had sunken. Very sad indeed.

  Budget friendly

  I was looking for budget friendly hotel and oyo suggested me this one. My experience was very good. Location is very good. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast and lunch was delicious. Staff was good and cooperative. Thank you oyo

  Very good

  As i done booking from makemytrip.com as hotel was very good, room service washrooms are neat & clean. Breakfast was very good. Hotel located in central place, I always recommended this hotel to everybody.
