  price/guality is very good subway is near lokal minibuses are easy way to trawel hotel crew is helpful and nice good food and spa if want fivestar stuf just have to pay 100e more in somewhere els we are wery happy servises of hormoheb hotel

  I demand a refund and an apology....!

  On January 3, 2013 , a hotel staff there called a taxi driver whom in turn suggested a night club, later on turned to be a mob or gang trap..., i was forced to pay 1000 (one thousand) Egyptian pounds, around 300 USD, for a bottle of Stella beer, the usual cost of this beer is around 1-2 USD only... when I informed a tourist police in that hotel about this robbery, the police did nothing as it seems that such robberies often happens there..... I demand, from those criminals, a refund and an apology through your web site if possible

  Value for Money

  Simply said its a rundown 4 star hotel in need of refurbishments but by keeping the pricing reasonable its a value for money. I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a night with some night life nearby; My guide recommended me the place, I got a single room for 20 USD. While the furnishing of the room was old they had traces of being grand, same goes for the corridors decor. The bathroom also had its share of problem with a water leak but I didnt bother complaining as it was clean, usable and otherwise comfortable. The lobby has 4 different 24 hrs establishments in from of coffee shop, a bar, a shisha cafe and a dining restaurant; I used the shisha cafe and had a lot of trouble in communicating as they didnt speak English. The receptionist and the bell boy did speak English, its just might be they didnt expect a foreigner in a shisha bar. There is also a disco on the ground floor running from 7 pm to 6 am in the morning and a rooftop belly dancing show staring after midnight, i didnt make use of them so cant say anything about them. The breakfast was good, had a decent range of items better than any budgetary hotel.The Wi-Fi only works in the lobby. Its a great option of you are looking at budgetary stay as well as need comforts like 24 hrs dining and such.

  Great spot

  Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and found it to be great. I was originally to stay at a different hotel but a communication breakdown resulted in me staying here instead for a reduced fee which was even sweeter. Rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel is in a good location to the pyramids and museums and train stations aren't too far away either. If I was to crib about anything it would be that the hotel menu could be a bit broader. I lived on spaghetti for the week I stayed here but all in all a great hotel would highly recommend it for the solo traveler, couple or families

  My name is Peter Smith from London UK I have stayed in Hormoheb Hotel from 6 to 10 December 2017 ,It is nice hotel for a family staying as there are many outlets to spend a nice time. Rooms are cleaned and housekeeping attendants are really helpful. Breakfast as buffet style is always good during our length of stay I advice my equentance and friends to visit this hotel in pyramids area. Reception people during different shifts cooperated and friendly. For sure I recommend this hotel
