  INVITADOS A REGRESAR.

  Excelente atención y desayunos incluidos muy buenos, limpieza en todo el hotel y todo bien cuidado y en buen funcionamiento. Habitaciones amplias con cocineta. Wifi gratis... En fin, tuvimos más de lo que esperabamos a cambio de un excelente precio. Regresearíamos una y mil veces más. Gracias!!!!

  Excelente estadia

  Todo lo que uno quiere: desayunos caliente incluido, internet gratis, estacionamiento gratis, entran hasta 6 por suite (dos camas y un sofacama), cocina, escritorio, dos v's, limpio, excelente trato, etc. Muy recomendado.

  Muy buen lugar para descansar

  El hotel esta cerca del freeway, los cuartos muy bien, despues de manejar un largo dia por gran parte del decierto y querer descansar es el mejor lugar para hacerlo... El area es muy calmada y silenciosa...

  Disappointing

  The decor of the hotel is outdated. But the worst part is that my room was not properly cleaned. Dust all over the room. See a picture of the top of the fridge that I am including in my review. This is scary especially now with the so called pandemic that rooms are not cleaned properly. I have not used any amenities so I cant speak of them. It looks like pool is open. They do not serve breakfast. And for those of you who lament about it, trust me the grab and go bags in other hotels are horrible. Save yourself time, dont complain, just go somewhere and have breakfast. Or prepare breakfast yourself. Dont make fuss about something not worth complaining. The so called grab and go bags for breakfast include inedible items of the lowest quality.

  Beautiful place with some annoyances

  Loved the room, but had some issues. Good stuff first: room was big, king bed super comfortable, entire place seemed pretty new and clean. Location was great, near freeway with tons of dining/shopping options within walking distance. Pet friendly, with a really nice green grassy park just across the street. Room was quiet, comfy, and comfortable. But now the bad which resulted in TWO STARS OFF: 1) no rewards points for third-party booked rooms? Shame on you HHonors, Marriott (and others) give full rewards points no matter how you book, and why wouldn't they -- you are patronizing their hotel! no matter how you book it. If you're driving into town and need a room for the night, give me a break, you're going to use expedia or something to find a place. 2) $75.00 pet charge for having a small clean dog in a room for about 10 hours? That's crazy and more than twice as much as any other hotel I stayed in on this two-week trip. I guess it's $75 regardless of the length of your stay, so if you're here for more than a couple nights, it makes sense, but not for a short overnighter. 3) You gave me the wrong room! My expedia booking was clearly for a one bedroom suite, but room 109 was a studio suite -- big difference and a $20.00 price difference! I verified the mistake in the morning at the front desk (was too tired to do so when we checked in) , although I had to provide proof of my expedia booking before they agreed that a mistake was made. The front desk did knock the extra price off my bill after I provided the proof, so that's good, but I would have much rather had the bigger room. 4) NO BREAKFAST AT ALL BECAUSE OF COVID? I've stayed about 30 nights in hotel rooms during the pandemic and NEVER ONCE did I stay in a hotel that didn't at least have a granola bar in a paper bag for me in the morning. I wouldn't have minded if the hotel just didn't offer a free breakfast ever, but that wasn't the case here. They normally have a free breakfast but are using Covid as a convenient excuse to save a few bucks. Do they pass this on to the guests? No. Price same as always. No excuse for this in my book.
