  Excelente hotel, con un servicio y comodidad inigualables, la ubicacion y el trato del personal son excelentes, ya sea por negocios o placer es altamente recomendable Lo unico que le faltaria para ser perfecto, a mi gusto, es un jacuzzi

  Muy satisfecha por los servicios.Definitivamente lo recomendaria.Aunque la limpieaza fue un poco Lents.Pero fueron muy amables.El Servicio de desayuno fue excelente.Definitivamente me volveria hosdedar

  TERRIBLE-Don't waste your time

  I am a LONG time Hilton customer, this was the WORST Hilton property. It is in need of repairs, the toilet seat in our room was not the correct size, maintenance just put it there & left it looking ridiculous! We checked in left our room for most of the day & came back to the room smelling like a weed factory & cigarette smoke. If I didn't know better I would've thought someone was actually smoking in OUR room. The site states they have breakfast & while I understand that changes have to be made due to COVID, breakfast was a peanut butter & jelly KIT! yes you go the the front desk, get your brown paper bag with 2 pieces of bread and a small pack of peanut butter and a small pack of jelly FOR BREAKFAST????

  Inadequate Customer Service blamed on COVID

  My stay at Homewood Suites was poor from December 4 - December 7, 2020. As a single father, i am a frequent guest that stays at the hotel often with my children. There was literally no service provided to the room we purchased. No new sheets, no room cleaning... there was no place to dispose the garbage over our three night stay. No new toiletries to supply our stay. We even ran out of toilet paper that was not replaced. I had a small cake for my daughter, and she got a few specks of confetti on the floor, and after providing no service during our stay, the General Manager Emily Cox stated she will charge us $50 dollars to clean up the spots of confetti by the front door. Ms Cox acknowledged it was not a lot so it would be $50 and not a full $100. She even said they didnt clean any of the premises due to COVID. Though they are not cleaning the hotel during guest stays (I didnt see cleaning stage sanitizing or sterility once) Ms Cox felt charging to clean up was warranted, although not the full holding charge because it wasnt too bad. Next time Ill stay at the Embassy Suites next door. Dont let me mention the large sized dogs that are allowed on the premises with little on-sight cleaning during COVID. Disgusting service.

  My family was staying here as part of a corporate relocation - I should have read reviews first. It was an expensive property for a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen. The patrons don't take good care of the facility, but probably because this is the hotel Hilton forgot. It doesn't look like it's been maintained for YEARS. The carpet is ripped and in need of replacement in the hallways - and completely stained in the room. It was clearly not cleaned when we got there and requested cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. I had to wash the floors with water 3x to make my shoes NOT stick to them. The only thing that appeared clean were the white sheets (probably via bleach). If there was ANY other options we would have use it. And don't get me started on COVID rules, breakfast or pool (which we were told was open but it's not). DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE Desperate!
