  Sólo por la cercanía con el aeropuerto de Nasville, TN

  En general en un hotel que excede las necesidades de los viajeros de una noche y que seleccionamos el hotel por la cercanía al aeropuerto. Las suites tienen una living room con sofá y sillón, tv LCD 32" cable HD, cocineta con refrigerador, horno de micro ondas, cafetera y utensilios de cocina. El dormitorio cuenta con dos camas matrimoniales, LCD 32", aire acondicionado automático. Baño con regadera y tina, amenidades de baño, secadora de pelo: Todo alfombrado y tapiz en pared. Restaurante con alimentos y bebidas básicos. Personal del front desk amable pero poco eficiente. Cuenta con shuttle al aeropuerto previa reservación. Lo malo : sólo dos elevadores q se localizan al frente del hotel y la distancia hacia las habitaciones posteriores es mucha sobre todo si se trata de cargar maletas por ese pasillo largo.

  Nice place

  We needed a place to park our car while we traveled to California so we looked into Homewood. Overall price was very reasonable once you included 7 days of airport parking. Hotel was very clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. A bit expensive if youb are just looking for a one night hotel, but it was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel.

  Dated and Dirty

  First off this location is just ok ,not great except for Airport . We came into town for a wedding and needed a suite room style hotel for the bab y. Rooms are not updated , ceiling fan missing a blade, rip in couch cushion , hard beds, bathtub dripped loud entire time with rust along drip mark . Breakfast is loud even at 7am with staff talking so loud amongst themselves in dining area to almost yelling or singing. All annoying at 7am. Cold coffee the entire time , how? and tasteless & weak . They won't turn waffle irons on until after 7 so they don't even work for awhile . Not good when you are on a schedule and have a hungry child kept waiting . Housekeeping is lack luster as stairs and halls filthy with crumbs entire weeknd. Kicker was someone vomited at second floor elevator and continued on down the hall . Twelve hours it laid there for all to walk thru or around. When I told front desk she lied and said someone just cleaned it ,um I just walked from it . Then housekeeping staff replied he cleaned it already ! Shady staff here ,it's a free for all . Housekeepers just stood in clusters all afternoon while we tried to get a baby to sleep and conversed very loudly ,then wanted to clean room after 3? this staff is all very unprofessional. This was an expensive stay for the weekend at a value that should be half. so management must have called in sick this weekend . I have stayed at several Homewoods and this ranks among not such a good one .

  Never again, please

  We ended up here after another hotel lost its electricity; we were desperate and didn't look closely at reviews. Great concept with a little kitchen, but this place was not fun. It's outdated - not a little, but a LOT. It's screaming for renovations. The paint is peeling in strips off the walls. The smoke detector had no cover. There's black mold in the bathroom grout. And honestly, I could have lived with all of that, but it was so noisy in that room, I couldn't sleep. And it was coming from INSIDE the room! Some kind of clicking, clanking noise happened every few minutes all night long. At first, it sounded like someone was in the room with us, loudly closing drawers or something. We tried to sleep anyway. About every half hour, I was startled awake by the noise in my room. It was an absolutely miserable stay. It's too bad, too, because the front desk person was awesome.

  Nice People; Terrible Room

  The staff at this Homewood Suites do their best, by and large, at a tough jobmaking people feel comfortable and at home in a facility that needs major attention from Hilton. Several of them seemed to genuinely care about my convenience and comfort. But. It's hard to make such an old, dingy property look and feel clean and inviting (although the food? I found in the carpet is unacceptable under any circumstances). With a serious property refurbishment, this could be an attractive option for business travelers. It's close to the airport; the setting is quiet and private; the large public area is inviting. But it's threadbare to the point of being shabby. In its current state, it reminds one slightly of a nursing home. Overall? Not the place you want to be. Not with the competition that exists in this area and at this price point.
