  Buen hotel. Los colchones y el sofá cama no nada buenos.La cocina de la habitación excelente.Nadie habla español en la recepción.El personal del hotel fatal, con excepción de la señora del desayuno

  Nice staff

  The staff was very friendly. The location is very convenient. The only issue is the rooms are outdated. When your ceiling fans have rust, its time to replace. The pull out mattress is very thin. My entire woke up with stuffy nose which indicates either there is mold present or the vents are full of dust.

  Did not meet expectations

  I was reluctant to stay here based on prior reviews, but I was part of a group that booked a block of rooms. Here are good things that I can say: the staff was very friendly, making sure that we retrieved a clothing article that inadvertently went out with the used towels; and the location is excellent, just off I-4 and convenient to a variety of restaurants and retail. Our contactless entry did not work. Our card reader also did not work and had to be replaced. Our bathroom was horrendous. I did not visit other rooms and can only hope that ours was an exception. The bathroom had hair and other debris in all four corners. There was what appeared to be mold in the grout around the tub; at least the grout was discolored. The curved shower rod was installed incorrectly, so that the curtain bunched in the middle and afforded inadequate protection from water leakage. The door opened so close to the toilet that it was difficult to get inside and would be impossible for a person of size. The tub did not drain well and, despite calling in the issue, it was not addressed during our three-day stay. Also not addressed was the fact that the handles on the double doors leading from the sitting area to the bedroom, were hanging loosely from the doors and made the doors hard to manage. There were odd numbers of bath and hand towels and wash cloths and all were insufficient for the size of the party, but getting additional supplies was no problem. The metal trim around the mirror was corroded. The hallway carpet appeared to be "peel and stick" and was worn and stained. The pull-out mattress for the sofa bed was thin and full of coils, despite which the mattress was lumpy and caved in the middle. The mattress cover was ill fitting and had seen better days. The sheets and pillows that we retrieved from a drawer did not seem fresh. There was nothing in the room to describe the TV channels or the hotel amenities, such as availability of laundry facilities, although this information was likely online. There is a TV in both the bedroom and sitting rooms. We did not plan to use the kitchen but it obviously was not sufficiently equipped to prepare a simple meal. Complimentary liquid dish soap would have been nice to wipe the counters. The breakfast included a different hot item each day, from French toast with sausage to an egg with cheese to an omelet with potato pancake. There was also the usual yogurt, pastries, juice, bottled water, oatmeal and cold cereal. Bananas and small oranges were available each day but the very overripe bananas were not appetizing. The breakfast was available to nonguests for $9.95. The hotel offers a complimentary social on Monday through Thursday evenings with food and drink but we did not attend that. The lobby is light and spacious with a large stone fireplace that was lit with gas logs. Members of my party enjoyed the small pool, that apparently is heated. We checked in and out online. This location needs to step up its game if it wants repeat customers. With some face lifting and greater attention to detail it would be a very competitive location.

  Great hotel

  The staff was so helpful snd nice. Checked in super early after a terrible night at another hotel. Was able to check in early and into a nice clean room. Very safe area and truly enjoyed our stay. Best staff weve encountered on our trip so far!! Will definitely be back.
