  Excellent Hotel I Have Ever Been

  My families all like the hotel, since it offer an environment and hotel rooms like home. the evening reception is perfect! that will be great if the evening reception is offered during holidays and weekend. the staffs are very friendly and helpful. only one thing is that the front desk receptionist told me that i need to buy my own clothing detergent, while there is free detergent in the laundry room. this is just a minor and not effect the experience! we will come back if i go this city again! highly recommend!

  Can't say enough good things about this hotel; just perfect

  Super comfortable bed and pillows. Kitchen with full-size appliances. Very good breakfast, especially on the weekend when they have muffins. We visit the KC area frequently to visit family, and we plan to stay here every time, if we can.

  Disapointment with this stay

  Found the first room assigned unacceptable. The windows were open and heat was turned off. It was a brisk 56 degrees in the room. Bed appeared to be hastily made. Second room found used soap in the shower, but otherwise it was ok.

  Clean clean clean

  Most important reason to pick a stay in a hotel for me is cleanliness. Then value. Also free wifi as well as breakfast. This hotel offered it all. Free parking, breakfast provided and all for a great value on the dollar.

  some things could use improvement

  furniture a little worn, had to visit front desk even after checking in on Hilton Honors app, check out and checkout process a little lengthy but staff was polite, cable lacks FS1, Sec Network, and BTN, walls a little thin could hear noise from hallway
