  Volleyball Tournament

  My daughter and I spent 5 nights at this hotel. It was perfectly perfect. The breakfast was tasty and staff would even be so kind as to wait for late risers. Shuttle service was perfect. Suite was beyond expectations. Great place. to stay.

  Nice small apartment with outdoor pool-side chairs

  The hotel was very pleasant. The apartment room was comfortable and had enough light. The thermostat was hiding behind the TV screen in the living room. The TVs allowed me to start a netflix show on my ipad and cast it to the TV (with google recording all the details). The pool is outdoors and rooms 121, 123, and I think 117 have doors into the enclosed courtyard overlooking the pool. Room 121 has the best view of the pool. Room 117 has the best view of the courtyard. Room 127 opens onto a basketball court that is next to the pool. All these rooms have two outdoor chairs and a little table for sitting outside. There is a fence between the rooms and the pool. The hair dryer could reach into the shower and toilet room for preheating. This shower room had a loud ceiling fan that could be quieted down by covering it with toilet paper. A single layer of toilet paper will still enable a cold draft to blow in under the door. The kitchen area was larger than one of the apartments I rented when I was younger. There is under cabinet lighting, a garbage disposal, dish washer and 2 burner stove-top. I washed one of the glasses in the cabinet with the provided dish soap so I could drink water from the cold tap without using a plastic cup (best to minimize my plastic micro-particle intake). Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, sausage links, decent cut up fruit and a waffle machine with other carbohydrates. The only water available was infused with fruit and adjacent to a stack of disposable plastic cups. The eating room was pleasant. They had a get together around 5:30 pm and it was well attended. They were serving sliders and alcohol. This eating room has a door to the courtyard that lacks an airlock so when people use the door, freezing outdoor air blows in on the nearby guests. Standard Hhonors wifi worked well.

  Clean, spacious & great value

  The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown. They have a free shuttle to/from the airport. I stayed their for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The hotel was full of youths and yet I did not notice any noise. They have a nice hot breakfast every morning and a free social hour with food/drinks on the weekdays. The suites have 2 rooms with a bedroom and living room. A stove, fridge, dishwasher and micro are very handy to have. I would definitely stay there again my next time to KC.

  Terrible experience

  They didnt tell me until I checked in after I had pre-paid that the pool would not be open, no room service, no maid service, no breakfast buffets. I understand there was Covid, but I shouldve been warned. The room actually had a smell to it and you had to change your own sheets. But you had to request sheets, trash to be picked up out of your room after you bagged it. Terrible experience and since I had pre-paid I could not get a refund. I actually checked out, left two days on the books and went to another motel. The other motel was far superior even though it was only a three star motel. So last two nights I paid for two hotels at once. I stayed there four years ago and am actually a Hilton honors member. I will not be a Hilton honors member in the future. How could you not refund my money. How could you not warn me about the room service and everything else. How could you not tell me the pool was closed thats why I paid extra money for. I did call and talk to that hotel prior to my booking it online.

  A weekend wedding

  We had a 2 bedroom suite and we were greatfullfor it but the room had some quirks ,for example the 2 king beds butted up against same wall creating a lack of privacy, the master bedroom was at the end of the hall with a large bathroom beyond that ,the other bedroom was one side of the hallway,with the bathroom across the hall ,ac controller behind the tv making it ackward to adjust ,master bedroom ceiling fan had 1 speed full blast and it was noisy . The master bathroom outlet was next to the " makeup" counter the mirror was in the middle of the counter at the end of the reach of the cord making it difficult for my wife to do her hair everything was in great shape,the first weekend of November it seemed like missouri is just opening back up from COVID no maid service no hot breakfast food,except grab and go, had to call for towels checkin and check out was fine no real complaints had a great time room seemed more quirky the usual will stay again next time we are in the area wedding was beautiful will see you next time we are in the area
