  Not what you expect from a Hilton property

  Very rude staff at check in, major uncomfortable couch in room, doors so thin you heard noise all night, walls so thin you could hear conversation and TV in next rooms, customer base here questionable. Skip this place. Oh, I booked a two bedroom suite but somehow all 6 had mechanical issues.

  Never expected this from a Hilton property

  We chose a Hilton property for our first trip post-lockdown because of their assurances that they were taking appropriate precautions-partership with Lysol and Mayo, StayClean, etc. Not the case as evidenced by dirty panties and towel in the bathroom. Several other problems such as reserved room type not available, no one at the front desk to check out, non working lights, front desk clerk no mask and Enterprise Rental shirt, etc but the cleanliness issue was totally unacceptable. I wrote management and outlined our experience five days ago, no response.

  Worst Hilton property

  I was so shocked this place carries the Hilton name. It was disgusting. There was blood on a pillowcase and sheets, toilet paper rolls empty in the bathroom, both smoke alarms were hanging out of the wall by wires, several lights out, and stains all over the walls and carpet. A box spring on one of the beds was too long and stuck out and the dust ruffle was ripped. It was so disturbing that we made a complaint to the board of health. In the time of Covid, it is unacceptable that our room was obviously not cleaned between guests. The beds were made but bedding was not changed. I did report it to the staff as soon as we checked in and was given new bedding. When I was checking out the next morning, another guest was on the phone demanding a refund for their nasty room. I guess it is a widespread problem at this location. We were offered a discount on our room rate which was appreciated but this hotel seriously needs to be shut down for a deep clean/renovations. Hilton should be ashamed for letting this place continue to operate. Stay away!!

  Dont stay here!

  We travel for a soccer tournament with my family. The room 246 was Filthy dirty. They were fully booked so I ask for them to clean the fan and bathtub after twice. The first time upon our arrival at 8:00 PM and they told me the cleaning staff just works half a day. The next morning I went down at 6:30 AM and ask for them to clean it. After a day at the soccer field we came back to the horrible filthy room. Not just that They did not have towels or spoons available and the female person in the front desk was very mean and not pleasant at all. The hotels near us were book because of the tournament and most of our soccer team had a bad experience. One family found their sheets dirty, smoking smell and no towels in it. Another family had the door not work (room 231) and were moved to another room were the shower did not work and they could not fix it either or could move them rooms. DO NoT stay HEre

  Old Homewood Layout, not very well maintained

  I stayed at this property just ovetnight. Staff is friendly, easy to reach from I55. The rooms however are very worn. The light in the kitchen/ living room area was so bad, that even with all lights on I needed my phone to get around. Shower and toilet were extremely worn. Looks like this hotel build in the old Homewood layout needs a makeover urgently.
