  Nos encanto !!!

  Excelente ubicación , las habitaciones son muy cómodas , y el personal es muy cordial y preocupado , siempre muy dispuestos a ayudar , incluso más allá de su trabajo ; estuvimos más de2 meses , y lo recomiendo totalmente . Cerca hay lugares de comida rápida , helados , turbe traslado a la Clínica Mayo y al Mall .

  I have stayed here several times. Most recently when my husband had surgery. Upon checking out, we unfortunately forgot 3 items in the room. Medical records, prescription sunglasses, and a solid gold snd diamond necklace. When reporting this to management, nothing was found. They have a problem with staff security and management.   Amazing accommodations

  This is the second time I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester near the Mayo Clinic. Karen and Lori were very helpful with our stay. We needed a room with accommodations on our second visit due to health issues. The room with accommodations was exceptional.

  Close to St. Mary's and short drive to Mayo Clinic

  The room we reserved was a handicapped room with a roll-in shower. That is not what we got. We were given a hearing impaired room instead. The room was decent, had a kitchenette. We needed to move during our stay to a more appropriate room mid-stay, however, it was still not a roll-in shower but at least the toilet was ADA. Parking is in ramp attached to the hotel. There was no hot breakfast, but there were pre-packaged items available for breakfast. Evening staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there for visits to Mayo Clinic which is just a short drive away. The drawback is having to park in the parking ramp for the clinic.

  Great location and friendly staff

  The location is directly across the street from the Saint Marys location of the Mayo Clinic where our son was having surgery. Its a short walk to restaurants and fabulous healthy grocery market is around the corner. The suites have refrigerators and microwaves. In addition, there are several food delivery services. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate guests. Karen was so helpful and friendly. She made our stay so pleasant. When we come back for our sons follow up, we will stay here again. Mostly because of how gracious and kind the staff at the hotel have been.
