  Excelente desayuno y servicio

  El desayuno es excelente y los empreados muy amables, la ubicacion es buena, hay dos restaurantes en la entrada y el hotel cuenta con todas las amenidades requeridas en una estadia prolongada. El unico detalle es que la decoracion es un poco anticuada y asegurarse que la habitacion no este cerca del area de lavanderia/cocina

  Good location, average amenities

  We really liked the location and how easy it was to get to downtown Portland. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Had to avoid breakfast as it was too chaotic with shortage of supplies and long line for the waffle maker. Recommend the hotel replace their pillows more frequently.

  Great hotel to stay at

  Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay here are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, Jennifer ,Marian,Tina, Eden,Jasmine and basically all of the staff here are amazing Really a great place to stay at.

  Amazing Staff

  Jennifer Cassandra Eden Housekeeping Staff Theyre truly valuable asset to the Hilton brand! Each one we came into contact during the wildfire each one tone was calming compassionate and super helpful. They knew exactly what we needed without us asking always proactive understanding the situation we were in during the wildfire! They were super professional and the constant process of social distancing and sanitizing help set my mind at ease. Thank you all!!

  College Campus Road trip

  Room 415 1 bdrm suite 2 double beds with full kitchen Our room faced the highway but you wouldnt have known it. Huge Trees block the highway and I never heard any noise. It was really nice and quiet. Kitchen: refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sink, paper towels and extra trash can under the sink. Plates/cups/utensils all located in the dishwasher clean when we arrived. Only item missing was a sponge to clean the dishes. Living area: sofa bed, end table, ottoman with small end table. Large chair, kitchen table with 2 chairs, flat screen TV on dresser with 3 drawers. Nice big window. Windows open about 3-4inches so you can have fresh air. Bedroom: 2 double beds, nightstand in the middle with one drawer, desk, desk chair, dresser with 6 drawers, and flat screen TV, large closet with 2 sliding doors, iron, ironing board. Another huge window that also opens like the one in the living area. Theres a ceiling fan, which I just wish all hotels added. Nice extra for our room. Bathroom: Vanity/sink are separate from the room with the shower/tub and toilet. Large lighted mirror above the vanity. Large full-length mirror on the wall as you walk towards the vanity. The shower was a bit slow to drain, excellent water pressure and heat. The door to the bedroom is two half doors that close with about 1 inch gap between them. Not sure why they didnt just use a full door? Central heat and AC are really nice! Guest laundry room: 2 washers 2 dryers $2 to wash, $2 to dry The laundry room could use some cleaning and a door that you dont have to touch the handle to open would be nice. Its kind of a heavy door and if your hands are full carrying laundry its difficult to open the door. Breakfast: instant oatmeal, frozen wraps or breakfast sandwich, protein bars, muffins, juice. All grab n go items. Not the same as before Covid but good enough. Staff did an excellent job of ensuring guests were wearing masks at all times. Staff was awesome always helpful and friendly. Location is near gas station, restaurants, and close to highway entrance. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
