  Great Customer Service!

  I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received from Brittany River. She works at the front desk and always greats me with a smile when I come to town. She is kind and helpful, and always goes above and beyond to meet her guests needs. Brittany's ability to establish rapport with guests is why I and others keep coming back to this hotel. When I am away from my home in AL, it is nice to know I will be traveling to an establishment with a staff who remembers me and welcomes me back to Tempe!

  Not ready to open.

  Hilton has lots of procedures to ensure cleanliness and safety. Too bad they are only posted and not being followed. No sanitizer. No masks. No extra cleaning. Dont stay at a Hilton if you are concerned about staying safe. We felt uncomfortable the entire stay.

  Good stay. Could've been better.

  Good and very clean hotel. I love Hilton properties and this hotel lives up to the Hilton standard! Because of Covid-19 only one person is allowed in the gym at one time and it's by appointment. I definitely understand that. I woke up early to workout before my flight but the earliest appointment was at 10:00am that morning. It was 8:30am, and no one was in the fitness room, and since it was empty, I asked if they could just let me in to workout for about an hour. She said the earliest time I could get in was 10:00am but I told her I'm leaving at 10:00am. Then I asked could you just add an earlier time on the sign in sheet because its empty now, and I would like to workout. She insisted she could not do that. The clerk was very nice, and pleasant but I didn't understand why I couldn't just go and workout while no one was in there and I'm a paid guest. That is the one and only issue I had here.

  Extremely Clean with Good Covid Precautions

  We had a quick one night stay in a two bedroom suite. As precautions I wiped down everything we would touch with a wipe and it was perfectly clean! Great to see. Everyone wore a mask- workers and guests alike. I only saw one housekeeper come out of a room with her mask pulled down (not good). The room was very spacious, beds comfortable with great AC. The hotel is dog friendly though they lack a comfortable area to let the dogs out (all landscaping is done with rocks instead of any lawn). It is right next door to Tempe Marketplace. Would definitely stay here again.

  OVER CHARGED 550$

  I have a receipt from my stay for three nights only came out to a little over 400. How is it now that i have a 550$ charge on top of the 400$ charge for my three night stay. That's literally 1000 dollars i got charged from this hotel. Not to mention my "100" deposit that i Also got charged and never received back. when I called to talk to managers about these charges of course they weren't there and no one could help me at the time call back tomorrow . ARE YOU KIDDING ME 1000 charge and no one has the time to speak with me about this . Then tried saying he doesnt see notes as to why i was extra charged but that i probably smoked in the room. I DONT SMOKE AND I HAD MY ONE YEAR OLD IN MY ROOM . CANT BELIEVE HE TRIED SAYING THAT.
