  Unwelcoming

  We stopped here on our way home from Florida. I booked on the road a few hours before arrival. Upon arrival, I went inside to check us in. The man who was working at the front desk was very unfriendly. He asked my name when I said I was there to check-in. He proceeded to check us in, gave us the keys, and said the time for breakfast, that was it. No hello, no thank you for your gold status, no offer for the free water or snack, nothing. We received the same treatment from everyone we encountered in the hotel. We were also put in an accessible room. Not sure why. I must say that the man working the breakfast area on New Years' Eve morning was wonderful! He is the reason the hotel is getting 3 stars. I do not remember his name but it was his birthday. He was very friendly and gave an otherwise angry hotel a nice vibe before we started our drive home. This is our usual hotel we stay at on our way home but we will look for somewhere else when we are in the area again in March.

  Great Staff and Modern up to date accomidations

  Perfect stop for our drive from Alabama to Chicago. We had two teenage boys so the large rooms were perfect for our needs. The staff was nothing short of perfect hosts. They are currently serving hot breakfasts during Covid so if a complimentary hot breakfast is your thing that's another reason to stay. The only thing is that none of the rooms had a separate bedroom with doors, i.e. they were all studio style. But I will definitely stay here again on future return road trips.

  Excellent - clean- comfty

  Highly recommend, it was a fabulous stay and would return. Even with the covid issues it was really a great experience. Breakfast was served to you or you could get it take out to eat in your room. The room size was generous, the suite lives up to its name.

  Highly Recommend!

  Stayed at this wonderful hotel while on our road trip and were so grateful for the awesome accommodations! This was our first time traveling with our puppy and Home2 Suites couldnt have been a better choice. Hotel was very clean and staff was very welcoming and friendly. Contactless room entry and checkout made it even better! Would definitely stay here again!

  Excellent hotel

  We chose here for one night rather than our usual stay elsewhere. This hotel is spotless everywhere! Everything is well kept up and looks brand new! Our pet room was free of stains and dog hair! Very easy on/off the highway and close to restaurants and gas stations.
