  Uncomfortable

  Beds were terrible. Room was uncomfortable to sit in. Sofa was too low and room was just ok. Need an oven in kitchen. The pillows were a joke. The cleaning was minimal and room was not clean enough. Sorry we stayed there.

  Just ok

  We picked this location for a concert that was canceled. The room & evening social were nice. The breakfast quality and selection was poor and not set up properly to easily obtain food when the hotel is busy. They charged the wrong credit card because they checked me out too early. The benefits allowing me to check in early penalized me when trying to cancel because of the canceled concert according to their local employee.

  Very nice place!

  We were rebooked here after our original reservation at the Hampton was canceled as they had to close. It was a very nice place ! We had a room that had a king bed in a separate room. My kids slept on the pull out couch. The room was very cozy and clean. Despite covid restrictions, a modified hot breakfast was still served. The girl who worked the morning shift (I think her name is Amy) is super friendly! The hotel was about 1 mile from the pedestrian bridge. We stayed here when things were just starting to open up. Most restaurants were closed. But, we found the Omaha Tap House to be open and ordered from there for carry out. We would definitely stay here again.

  Great value

  We paid up for a king suite, and it was very roomy with a full fridge and small kitchen area (dishes and dishwasher included, stove, microwave, but no oven). The pool area was nice, and I appreciated that they have you sign up for a time to make sure it doesn't get too busy. The only complaint on that is that we couldn't reserve a time for the next morning, even at 8 at night. We had to call the next morning to see if it was open. The Covid friendly pre-wrapped breakfast options were very good.

  No Hilton Quality

  I am not sure what I was thinking when booking this hotel. Homewood by Hilton. The Hilton part of the name sounds good. But it is nothing like staying in a regular Hilton. I knew it would not be the exact same but a few things would have made it a much more comfortable stay. I booked a one bedroom suite as I was staying a month. The staff at the desk seemed nice enough. Online check-in didn't work so still had to stop at the desk. Room is ok as far as size, much better the suite than studio. What made this not so comfortable was the paper thin walls. I could hear almost every word spoken in the room next door. And easily could hear every conversation in the hallways. All the way down to the elevator. My room was next to the stairs so no room next to my bedroom. I could escape to there to avoid the noise from next door, but not the noise from above. This hotel seems to be very popular for families every weekend. Maybe because the pool is open. There were several parties as well that lasted until 2 am. The cleaning lady speaks another language but was obviously in a heated telephone call while cleaning the 2 rooms near mine. Very loud. Cleaning is mainly once a week, Thursday. The cleaning staff does come by Sunday to see if you need anything or want them to clean. But being in the room, I declined. Gym and pool are open but not wanting to risk catching Covid, I stayed away. Breakfast is pre-made sandwiches wrapped in plastic and bags of cereal, yogurt and some fruit cups. 2 kinds of coffee available. Most folks got their food and took back to their rooms. Laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers, runs 2 dollars to wash 30 min and 1 dollar to dry 45 min. Not a terrible place to stay, nice having a kitchen. But the noise is rather annoying.
