  Todo perfecto a parte la factura. Estancia buena pero con una diferencia de $100 en la tarifa reservada con Booking.com

  Estancia buena. Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias. Desayuno bueno y variado. Personal muy amable. Pero me facturaron $100 más de la tarifa reservada con Booking.com y no se porque. Todavía no tengo respuesta aunque escribí al servicio clientes.

  Gem of a hotel

  Homewood Suites is the crown jewel of the Hilton brand. Led by a hands-on GM, this property meets and exceeds that high bar. My wife and I felt both safe and pampered by the excellent staff, including Domenica. Nearby dining options are memorable. We will certainly return!

  A perfect place away from home!

  Stayed at this hotel for an extended trip and checked out last month. As a way to bring something good to the badness we call 2020, I wanted to share with fellow travelers the greatness that is this hotel. Perfectly situated, quiet, convenient to shopping and groceries, etc. What makes it truly special is the staff who are all exemplary. Front desk, food service, and housekeeping are all wonderful. Generally I would go on and on, but just try it for one or two nights and youll be able to see it for yourself. I know Ill be back.

  Large Family Friendly!

  We had the BEST weekend at Homewood Suites in New Hartford! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, even sealed so we knew that we were the only ones to enter! The breakfast area was very clean and comfortable. We were glad that the staff was so helpful and kind. The pool reservations were a bit hit with our kids too! They got the pool to themselves and could feel comfortable enjoying the water! Staff wore masks at all times and the establishment went above and beyond to ensure that our family and other guests were having a safe, relaxing experience. Thank you, Homewood Suites, for a really wonderful time! It was our first time staying outside our home in a year and we are very grateful for such a positive experience! We will DEFINITELY be visiting again soon!

  Great hotel

  Very nice, clean hotel with a convenient location and plenty of things to do and see. The outdoor fire pit was awesome, especially during COVID. Rooms were huge and very nice. Water bottles in the lobby are a huge plus.
