  Tired! Needs work

  I chose this location because of the overall traveler rankings, and glowing reviews. I feel it is only fair to do a review based on my recent stay. First, I want to say the staff was great, and I had no problems with cleanliness. Here are my concerns: I had a suite with 2 queens. BOTH beds were horrible! No support on either side of the beds and then when I tried to sleep in the middle of the beds it was a hard bar there. No supportive pillows (even checked at front desk). The bedroom is lacking lighting . There is a chair there but couldnt use it to read because not enough light (day or night). Sheets felt like they were only 100 thread count or VERY old. Breakfast -powdered eggs, not a large selection. HAMPTON IS MUCH BETTER. Evening reception - beer only..no wine. Nice salad, but everything else blah. Example: pretzel stick, bite size mini corn dog, melted cheese, chili. Corn dogs cold. Another night there were small soft tortillas with thin slice of lunch meat, and processed American cheese. DRURY IS MUCH BETTER. I was going to stay at the Hampton Berry Farms (been there before), but I thought Homewood would be a step up. It was not.

  I would highly recommend this hotel to any body staying in the Franklin Cool Springs area. Great location, clean, friendly. Best sleep you get. Eating very close, Wal-Mart also, if you forgot anything personnel.

  Great hotel.

  Great hote . Great staff. Very helpful. The room was great very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful with local restaurants. I would stay here again. Very convenient to the restaurants and to downtown Franklin. Close to Nashville.

  Excellent stay

  Great hotel. Professional staff. Well maintained. Clean room and at a reasonable price. Would certainly stay again and would recommend. Very safe area with adequate parking. We were very pleased with our stay.

  Loved this hotel! Very nice, everything you need!

  I booked a 2 queen bed room for a 3 day get away to Franklin/Nashville. Check-in was great and the lady at the desk was very nice. The hotel has nice, modern finishes and fast elevators. The hotel room was very clean and spacious and had everything you need. The evening social and morning breakfast was very nice and the food was very good(free with your stay). I stayed on the 7th floor and it was very quiet. The outdoor patio spaces were very nice. I didn't use the pool or fitness center but they looked nice and well kept. The location is great and the price can't be beat for all that you get at this hotel. I will be back on any additional Nashville trips and would recommended this hotel. I love the close proximity to the mall and restaurants.
