  EXCELENTE ATENCION DEL PERSONAL

  Si quieres estar cerca del mall of america y del aeropuerto, este hotel es el indicado, un excelente servicio, y en mi caso, fue mas fácil comunicarme porque tienen personal que habla español, cada hora había transporte para ir al mall, aunque también podias ir caminando, llame cuando llegue del aeropuerto, y rápido fueron por mi, y también mu llevaron de regreso cuando tenia que partir. El desayuno fue muy bueno y también nos ofrecieron la comida en la tarde.Fue comodo para mi porque pudimos estar juntos mi esposa, mis tres hijos y yo, en la misma suite. Definitivamente si lo recomiendo.

  Excelente ubicación y servicios. Muy conveniente y cerca al Mall America. Muy recomendable para visitar. Servicios de happy-hour convenientes, piscina y gimnasio con lo necesario. Transfer in/out al aeropuerto incluidos.

  Downgrade!

  I previously gave this location a five star review in February. However, my most recent stay (August 2020, during COVID-19) has led me to downgrade it. This was a one night stay, as I was driving back to Wisconsin from Northern Minnesota and was looking to break up the drive, rest, and visit the Apple Store at MOA where I had an appointment. I selected my room on the Hilton app ahead of time based on previous stays to avoid noise. It was changed by the hotel prior to arrival. I understand that things change and app selections can't be guaranteed. But as a HH Diamond member, I expect to be given a comparable room close to my preferred location, which the newly assigned room was not. (BTW, the response I was given was my preselected room was under maintenance.) Sleep quality was poor, as I was disturbed frequently by the hallway and outside noise. I contacted the front desk about the continued issues in the parking lot after 10pm (there was a group of three teens on skateboards), but they were not addressed. Room cleanliness was not an issue, but they didn't seem to be doing all the "Hilton CleanStay" initiatives that I have experienced at other properties. Breakfast now consisted of random grab and go items on a table. No bananas, which is always a sticking point for me. There were "thaw and serve" muffins that weren't even thawed. Hilton sent me a survey, which I completed. I received an insincere form reply from Katherine, Front Office Manager, with no attempt to make things right. I subsequently canceled a future stay and will not reconsider a return to this location until service levels improve to meet my expectations. I have been able to travel during these times, but hotels I once loved such as this will not be getting my business back with their poor service and lack of amenities.

  So clean and friendly!

  I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The close proximity to the mall where you could legitimately walk over to the skywalk easily was super convenient. The front desk staff was beyond friendly and helpful every day. Their grab and go breakfast was very nice with a lot of options including granola bars to have for a mid day snack. Do not hesitate to book here!

  Decent stay, convenient location, could use some updating

  We stayed here for three nights while in town for a wedding. This property is convenient to the mall and airport; and there are restaurants nearby. The hotel had very limited breakfast available, but the hotel shuttle was not running. Parking is free. We had a king bedroom suite. It was decent, was a bit dated and smelled musty. The room was clean, though. It wasn't terrible, but I'd probably look at other properties before staying here again.
