  Great Property!

  This is a Great Property - the evening social was magnificent. The rooms are great, clean, and the fitness center was good as well. Second time staying at this location and will be back when in Milwaukee again.

  Simply charming

  When I travel I like to look for hotels that have some character to them as well as first-class amenities, and Homewood Suites hit every note. The building highlights neat historical details like exposed beam ceilings and original brick walls, original or reclaimed wood floors, and interesting memorabilia on display. Plus the rooms are large, the amenities plentiful and the staff welcoming and friendly.

  Worse customer service Experience ever

  Front desk clerk Peter was unprofessional, rude and not knowledgeable about Hilton honors perks. I asked about the price match guarantee at check in and Peter said he never heard of it. I asked him to get someone who could help, he said he was alone. There was another customer behind me so I let them go ahead of me while I searched the program. He checked them out and told them about all the amenities and how to get to their room. I pulled up the program on Google, found two similar rooms on the Hilton app. One for $87 one for $97. He told me he couldn't go lower than $97 or give the additional 25% off. He checked me out didn't tell me about any amenities or tell me how to get to my room. I checked my receipt the next day after checking out on the app I noticed he didn't even give me the $97 price. I called to speak with the manager June and haven't been able to talk to her either. I guess she doesn't care about customer service

  Get a room on top floor if possible

  We are here now and have 2 small children. They cant sleep bc it sounds like there is a baseball game or some elephants are playing soccer in the room above us. This property seems charming bc the building is old but with old buildings come old floors that transmit all sound. Wont be back but otherwise a good property.

  Will stay again!

  Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near the lake, on the boundary of the Third Ward, and right across the street from the Public Market. This was a great value. Were looking forward to coming back to stay with our kids.
