  Habitaciones muy cómodas, sobre todo la que tiene dos cuadros independientes con cocina completa. El mobiliario nuevo y los baños en muy buen estado. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar

  A great place to stay

  Awesome location exceeded only by the wonderful staff at the hotel. You couldnt pick a better place in Jacksonville. Its close to almost everything yet it was still very quiet. Minimal traffic noise. The people really made the difference though.

  Not pleased

  I was expecting a higher standard from a Hilton Homewood Suite Hotel. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor and there was a continuous strong musty smell, which was poorly covered up with air freshener. On my second day,I smelled a hint of marijuana with a mix of a air freshener. I wore my mask, not only for protection from the COVID-19 virus, but also from the smell. I will not be coming back. On a semi-good note, the room was clean with the exception of the multiple stains on the carpet and the staff was very pleasant. I picked this hotel because I was visiting from out of town with a relative admitted in St. Vincent's hospital,from the outside of the hotel it looked very nice. My thought was that I could relax and visit my sister in the hospital, in a home away from home atmosphere, but I did check out of the hotel earlier than my expected date. At that point, I didn't care about a refund because so much was going on with my sister in the hospital. I normally don't leave a review but my choice hotel is normally from the reviews on tripadvisor. I thought this would be important for those who read and make their choices off our experiences. Two reasons why I did not report my problems: 1. The smell could not be fixed by moving me to another room because the musty smell was throughout the hotel. Most likely, the fix would be to remove the carpet. The easy and poor fix is trying to cover it up with air freshener. 2. The noise was not due to my neighbor talking on the phone but I truly believe it was the walls were not noise proof enough to cancel a simple conversation with someone talking on the phone in another room.

  Despite Travel Circumstances this is a GREAT hotel!

  Lets be honest. Hotels have it pretty tough and none of them are the same as they were a year ago regarding amenities. However, this hotel is doing a great job despite limited staff and not offering as many services per Hilton as they used to. They still have a complimentary bfast- though not as extensive as in the past... and they do serve complimentary beer and wine(not the normal social pre-covid) Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

  Very disgraceful employees & housekeepers

  I came here for my birthday & had a wonderful time. The room wasnt bad, but the towels were mostly dirty with hair & other unknown obscurities. I somehow left my birthday heels that I only got to wear on my birthday along with other personal things in the room in a box looking as if it was clearly left behind. We checked out at noon & stayed the whole rest of the evening doing activities & we didnt get back on the road to go home until 2AM. Plenty of time to receive a call or anything to inform me of my left belongings but I didnt receive any notice. Of course you dont notice whats gone until you start looking for it. A few weeks went by & I realized it was missing so I called back & was told they might have got rid of everything in the lost & found. The lady said she would call me back. I never heard anything back & just assumed it was taken. The employees & more importantly the housekeepers knew they were wrong for this.
