  Very satisfying stay.

  The accomodations were very nice and clean. The pool area was clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast had a nice variety of warm and cold foods. The rooms were nicely decorated.

  Homewood Suites-Home away from Home

  The Customer service is excellent. The breakfast and evening social are a time to relax and enjoy. I love that I have a kitchen at my disposal. The rooms are in excellent shape. The sleeping is extremely comfortable. It is just a great place to stay.

  Clean & nicely renovated, but poor management - bungled reservation and billing

  I stayed here for a youth soccer tournament and I am a frequent Hilton guest. The good: The rooms were very clean. Hilton lives up to its COVID cleaning promises at this property. I stayed in a renovated suite and the decor also lived up to the photos. The bad: While the front desk members were very nice and helpful, the managers bungled my reservation and billing. Without notifying me, the day manager changed my room type reservation from 2 beds 2-room suite to a 1-bed room, and gave my room away to guests who checked in earlier. She also didn't put notes in the system to let me know about the switch at check-in. It was not fun to discover the bait-and-switch late at night with tired kids to put to bed. The front desk was able to secure an additional room after an hour of waiting without additional charge. When I checked out, the night manager had billed me for more than double the reservation price. Again, front desk (Christopher this time) followed up and was able to resolve my issue after multiple calls. Seems like the property could use better management.

  Wonderful staff

  The evening front desk staff (Amber) went out of their way to accommodate our every need, despite having to be downsized due to corona virus. That left some staff covering several jobs, but Amber continued to come from each task back to us to provide whatever we needed. And she did so very pleasantly. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Pool was a pleasure. Restaurants within walking distance. When breakfast bar was closed due to virus, hotel provided bagged breakfast for us.

  Nice stay

  The hotel is clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Suites have full-sized refrigerator and kitchen. Price is fair and location convenient to highway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Modified breakfast and coffee services due to pandemic. Overall a great stay
