  Ok

  Piezas de gran tamaño pero nos alojaron en el segundo piso en donde las habitaciones tienen pequeñas ventanas....por lo que son bastantes oscuras. personal amable, desayuno correcto, esta bien ubicado.

  Ok stay but Covid restrictionists have effects.

  To be fair the room was clean and fairly roomy. The staff was courteous and professional. The lobby and outside seems to be tidy yet the Covid restrictions does have an effect on the stay. Certainly I dont blame them for the pandemic and they are trying as well as they possibly can. Yet its not been the same experience no fault of theirs. With Covid restrictions there is no daily room cleaning. OK, I can make my own bed and get my own towels from the desk if needed. I understand the need to keep everyone safe. However, it does make things interesting when the recyclable garbage can gets full-and thats in just two days. The plates, silverware and pots, etc. were clean in the dishwasher. Thats fine, however, finding only one fork was a challenge. Were we supposed to share the one fork? The water in the shower didnt get as warm as I would like. Usually I have to keep myself from being scalded. Finding a big hole in the bath towel was odd. OK, the others were fine. Unlike other Homewood Suites we have been to this one didnt have a small table and chairs for dining. Considering that there is only a 2 hour window to get your boxed breakfast(7-9 am) that you have to eat in your room it would have been helpful to have a place to eat it. There are 3-4 selections for breakfast but if you have dietary restrictions you are out of luck. Getting a pastry, sugary apple juice, and a regular sugary yogurt for those of us that cant eat those kind of things doesnt help. At least the breakfast sandwich was something we could eat and wasnt bad. Fortunately there was a supermarket nearby that we could buy fruit and healthier items to eat. Oh, the nightly evening light meal during the weekdays is gone due to Covid. But that is understandable. You cant be too safe. All restaurants are several minutes away by car. At least the area was quiet and Carmel is a very nice town with a number of amenities. Would we stay here again? Possibly but we may wait until things get closer to normal. This year has certainly been a challenge for everyone-the hotel staff included.

  Pleasantly surprised

  Some recent reviews were not too complementary but I thought it was a nice place. Our room was excellent. The boxed breakfast is average but they are limited as to what they can do due to Covid. There were some minor issues. Probably the biggest is the Hot Tub was not hot at all. Overall, I would stay here again.

  Great Hotel!

  We loved this hotel! The room was very spacious and they seem to be taking Covid-19 seriously. The staff were all friendly and Forest at the front desk was very accommodating and helped us with everything we needed. I will be back again.

  Soccer Tournament

  I would like to recommend this place their service is excellent. Their breakfast is spectacular thank so much Marco and Luis! The receptionist really good too thank you Hali!! I definite recommend this place the rooms are really clean really well taken care!!!
