  Excelente hotel con un servicio de primera.

  La ubicación es más que excelente. El servicio de primera. Un lugar seguro con personal muy amable y altamente calificado. El precio muy bueno para todo lo que ofrece. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Está localizado en la mejor zona de Indianapolis, cerca de hospitales, clínicas y de la mejor mall de la ciudad.

  Excelente estadia

  Nos facilitaron el área de la terraza para una fiesta privada con el área de BBQ. Atenciones muy buenas, personal servicial y atento. Incluso nos llevaron al Supermenrcado y tienda de licores como cortesia

  Overall Bad

  During our four night stay there are many things that i could complain about, whether it be the fact that they advertise for an outdoor pool that is still closed in late june, or not being able to control the families staying there or the employees giving attitude to paying customers and flat out not doing their job. On our first night i told the front desk that with a three year old it would be hard to put him to bed with the sports court outside but they assured me that quiet hours were at 9. That night there were kids out there until 10:30. Our next night there were kids out there until 11:00 when we finally had to call the front desk and ask them to take the basketball away from them. Our third night was okay, we asked for a couple more towels to which we got extreme attitude with their employees saying well we dont have many towels left finally after a couple minutes of lobbying they have us some towels. And finally on our final night there were kids out on the basketball court screaming and shouting until 10:45 when I called the front desk asking them to please take the basketballs away to which they said, no, because they wont listen to me then they hung up. So I called again and they said my coworker and I wont go shut down the basketball court. After calling and arguing with them over the phone for almost half an hour I finally decided to go out there and ask them to leave and what do you know they left without a complaint and didnt come back. Overall this place is very overpriced for the cleanliness of the room that was not cleaned once while we were here and for the paper thin walls in between the rooms as we could hear everything around us. So before you book here close out of the tab on your computer and go somewhere else

  Very disappointed

  What happened to this place?? Wow it was one of our favorite places last year to horrible this year! Ceiling had huge stain in it and it smelled like cigarettes when we walked in! After that we noticed the bathroom corners had noticeable hair and dirt! Nasty. Kitchen sink dirty. Not sure what happened to this place! We paid the most we have ever paid for a room in years! Then very loud at night. Bummer and last time we stay there

  Cant believe how much I paid to stay here

  This place is really really dated and dirty. I cant believe how much I paid to stay here. My boyfriend and I stayed at this Homewood Suites to recover after eye surgery and could not believe its condition. The room is, first of all, very small for a suite and very dingy. The bathroom looked like a truck stop. I have never had a bad experience at a Hilton property before, and would never expect something so awful at this price point. Do yourself a favor and pay a tiny bit more to stay at the Sheraton. On the plus side, the staff here is very friendly and helpful.
