  I will never stay at this hotel again or my family

  The first night my husband arrived they were all kinds of people outside making loud noises than the police arrived I had to call the front desk twice because the front desk didn't tell them to stop the noise than on Tuesday there was a tropical storm going through he manger or staff fail to inform the guests if they wanted to leave or stay knowing on the storm of losing power they did not provide no flash lights or any sort of electric device to there guests and there were no emergency generator and we were in the dark with no hot water or any assistance from the manger or staff and again with is all going on the police was called again to the hotel I was disappointed this hotel has a lot of police being called there I wouldn't recommend this hotel to no one

  Super COVID Clean!

  We haven't been to any Hilton hotel since before the Pandemic. Our stay at this particular Homewood Suites was impressive. The room is tagged with a sticker indicating the room was cleaned. The floors, bed, kitchen and especially the bathroom were immaculate. Even better - the television remote was cleaned and tagged.

  Good Stay

  We stayed in a King suite that was very clean, except for what looked for white paint stains on one of the kitchen chairs. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. There's a basketball hoop outside, which was very popular with kids that were staying at the hotel.

  Stay here.

  Nicely appointed suite with comfortable bed. Bedding was a bit strange - one of the blankets was more like a mattress pad, but they were clean and warm. I do love a shower door instead of a curtain that blows against my skin, but the floor of the shower couldve been a bit cleaner. Staff easily accommodated requests made via online booking service. We will definitely be staying here again!

  Clean, Quiet and Spacious

  My husband and I spent two nights here while taking our son back to college. We found it a comfortable choice for lodging on the road. The hotel is along the outer perimeter of a shopping mall. You can find every store or restaurant imaginable in a short drive, though the area is not pedestrian friendly. Despite the proximity to so much, the hotel was quiet. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable. Despite being a suite hotel, there wasn't space for more than one person to sit down to eat -- there was only one chair at the kitchen table. Given our COVID quarantine, we brought carryout back to our room. I sat at the table and my husband sat on the sofa. When our son joined us from his room, he had to sit on the arm of the sofa and hold his plate in his hands. They might consider putting an extra chair in each room for quarantiners. The breakfast was good given the realities of Covid. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful; everyone we saw was wearing a mask and observing good social distancing. In sum, we would stay here again.
