  Great for families

  Wonderful place. My five year old and her god sister enjoyed the indoor pool immensely. Great hot breakfast, with plenty of options. Coffee available all day. Don't expect an oven in the Kitchenette but the hot plate/stove top was perfect.

  Great Hotel!

  Hotel was great. Suite was larger than I anticipated. Bedding was crisp, clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Good location. The only recommendation would be to get the hot tub working, they apparently filled it in and that is a "must" for me!

  Okayest Hotel Ever

  The hotel was fine - literally just the "okayest" Hilton property I've stayed at. Front lobby area was clean and the courtyard was very pretty. That said, our room was incredibly small compared to other 1 King Bedroom Suites I've stayed in at other Homewood's, even in the Harrisburg area - very disappointing. The bathroom toilet made a really loud screeching & banging noise every time it flushed, so we had to avoid flushing it overnight. The staff also did not seem to enforce any rules regarding use of the courtyard, as dozens of people including some VERY loud pre-teens were running around and being very loud until well past 11pm right outside our windows - my kids couldn't sleep. Finally, the "breakfast" offered was so disappointing - some crappy plain bagels in sandwich bags and some cup-o-fruit was about all they had to offer. I expected modifications to breakfast due to covid, but really - this was the solution? Not your best moment, Hilton. We ended up going out to eat for breakfast after check-out. Considering we paid more to stay at this hotel than we did to stay at Homewood Suites Harrisburg West last year, I was very very disappointed.

  Nice hotel

  Room was clean. It did not contain sheets and blanket for pullout. Tvs were really small. And room was really cramped. Had to put second suitcase on top of desk. Full fridge and microwave AND utensils. Last three night in Hilton honors hotels did not have them. Not the best Homewood suites but still nice and we still love Homewood for all our hotel stays. They need to build more. Front desk staff was really nice.

  Horrible Experience

  I purchased two rooms so my mother could have her own room because of covid and she has health problems. I requested the rooms to be close so that I could check on my mother. We arrived at the hotel to find our rooms were not ready. I was told prior to coming that rooms were going to be on the top floor and 2 doors away from each other. They ended up piling up in a one bedroom suite, because the 2nd room was not ready. We waited and waited for the other room until my family couldn't wait any longer because they had tickets to the park and didn't want them to go to waist. The second room check in was 4:00 pm and the room was not ready until 5:20 pm. The purpose for us getting the extra room was so my mom wouldn't be around a lot of people. We bought birthday supplies to hang in the second room for my grandchild and we didn't get to use them because the room was not ready. The pool closed the day before we arrived, the water in the shower went down slow and most of all the customer service from the managers were below average. I have stayed at homewood suites in the past and had a great experience, but I will not longer chose this franchise.
