  Great staff

  I stayed 4 nights for work. The COVID precautions of course put a damper on the level of service available. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. Slept well even with the highway noise. A pleasant stay.

  Convenient

  We spent 2 nights here in August. I was very disappointed in the fact that our room was near the "back door" to the parking lot and it seemed that there were MANY people who could not operate the key swipe and were BANGING on the door to try to open it. Very disturbing. Also, we were told that due to "budget cuts" they would not be able to offer us the bottles of water usually offered to Hilton Honors Silver members. We've stayed at 6 Hilton properties in the last two months and this is the only one with "budget cuts". There was a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived and no extra rolls in the room. Had to ask the front desk to replenish. The room was pleasant and we found it to be clean and it was convenient to the things were were in town for. We would probably stay here again if back in the area.

  Did not take pandemic seriously

  This hotel staff did not use masks and generally were Very careless. As a honors member I was appalled at the Apathy and generally poor customer service. Wont be going There again. Front desk clerk was indifferent at best. Seemed reasonably clean otherwise.

  Pleasantly Surprised!

  We enjoy Hilton, but obviously with the current pandemic, our joy is curtailed somewhat due to our inability to travel. This place really made you forget all that while continuing to keep you safe. The rooms were absolutely spotless, spacious, and had everything one might need for a lengthy stay. Not only was it USB friendly, but you had a full fridge, dishwasher and stovetop complete with cookware - if you were so inclined. The lobby and amenities were clean and well maintained. The best part was breakfast and our interaction therein. While I was careful not to get him in the photo, the young man working the breakfast area was on the ball and really made it great. He was like a smiling octopus - he was everywhere. Unlike other hotel chains, where you get the bag of little Debbies and fruit - this is still a hot breakfast, and its good. Not the microwaved stuff you can get at the local gas station. We had a western omelette on a croissant - and that was not pre-frozen; it was really good. We took it up to our room and ate it at the little breakfast nook - it was awesome. Great sleep, great start to the day - thanks to a wonderful staff that clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!!!

  Beware of where your room is located

  Typical Hilton property. Clean, decently appointed. But beware of where your room is located in this hotel. Never see a hotel where your room can be a further walk from the lobby than this one outside of a casino hotel. When you make a reservation make sure you get a room near the front elevator. Oddest hotel design I have ever seen. Can't believe Hilton actually bough this design.
