  A nice hotel for the area

  I stayed in this hotel for business for a month. The staff is amazing and friendly, the rooms are clean, and the food decent. The only reason I give this a 4 out of 5 is because at the social events and morning meals there was a lack of protein in my opinion. The food that was provided was decent. I also understand this is a Suites so I could just go and buy my own breakfast but sometimes it is nice to socialize with my co-workers before or after work. Great place to stay if you were looking for something in the area. In walking distance of great restaurants and gyms and just a short drive from Fort Bragg. The stove in the rooms are great! They are small but get the work done. The only thing I had to buy was a can opener but I probably could have asked the front desk for one first, just didn't think about it. Either way, an excellent stay.

  Great Hotel. Very Clean and Friendly Staff

  We stayed at this site in March and May to see our son who is at Ft Bragg. The staff was constantly cleaning and sanitizing, and they took excellent care of our room. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. Hand sanitizer stations were located throughout the hotel, even in the elevators. Each morning the housekeeping staff wiped down door handles with sanitizer as well. They really did a great job, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Great find in a town lacking hotel value

  Due to the large number of federal workers in the area, Fayetteville NC hotels are expensive. The Homewood Suites, while still a bit pricey, is the best value I've seen in Fayetteville for a hotel. Rooms and common areas are super clean and the staff friendly. The fitness center is one of the best with commercial quality cardio machines (that work!), free weights and weight machines, and plenty of room to move around in. The pool and pool area is clean. Breakfast very good with plenty of choices. The hotel is easy to find right off the All American highway and in a quiet location compared to other Fayetteville hotels near Fort Bragg.

  Visiting our daughter

  My daughter is a college student in Fayetteville and we were in town visiting her. We always go with Hilton hotels because we have tons of Hilton honors points. This hotel was a pleasant surprise, very clean and staff was lovely. Beginning with our front desk clerk Noah. He was very nice and efficient. The breakfast staff were very pleasant and professional. They did a great job both mornings. It was a pleasant surprise to get a hot breakfast since our other Hampton inn experiences this year were mostly bag breakfast. Room was clean and well maintained. Noah asked us if we wanted maid service but I guess they forgot about us. We opted for maid service but did not receive it. No big deal, we reused our towels. This is definitely on our list for next time!

  Not Friendly in Covid-Environment - Be Aware!

  We booked this hotel in advance for our trip back North to visit family. We were stuck on the I-95 for hours as traffic and accidents backed up traffic. We made the mistake of "checking in" online to let the hotel know we were coming. We never got a digital room key in advance of check in. We called Hilton to let them know we couldn't make it to the hotel that night and we would try to stay at another Hilton property . The customer service rep called the hotel and said that the front desk would "make note" of our situation. I followed up with a phone call and the front desk attendant said he would "leave a note" for his manager. Never heard back. They charged us for the room. Lessons lear learned here: 1. If you don't have to book early, don't book. Wait until you are in hours of the hotel if it's not a major attraction area. 2. "Covid Friendly" cancellation policies are just another way to frame their cancellation policies. No flexibility here. 3. Don't count on empathy from Hilton off-shore operators- they have no authority. You're on your own.
