  The Best Hotel Stay Ever!

  Excellent, and Extraordinary Experience! I cant wait to visit and stay at the Fairfield, California location again! Arika & Keesha were excellent Cook, and Kitchen staff. Great room service, experience with others that stayed at the hotel. God Bless!

  Our hotel stay started out ok

  The hotel is a Hilton honors, but it need a lot of updates and housekeeping need to be trained.Ice maker never worked on any floorin 45 days. They only what, they call deep clean every 5th day of your stay and they never vaccumed or use comet in the bath tub, beds are hard and covers do not fit the bed. in 45 days of our stay. Due to the Corono Virus all amenties were stopped, breakfast, pool ect. i see it is still advertised.I am a diamond member and get the 5th night free only if i used my points. I receved not Diamond amenties at all, not even water

  Horrible - 40k points wasted - please stay away

  Utterly pathetic experience - we felt so unsafe even getting into the hotel - people drinking beer in the parking lot - shady folks hanging around at the entrance. Once we entered below is how we found the bed. we realized eventually that it would turn into a couch - we called the front desk and they said someone can come tomorrow - I didnt want anyone coming in as we had sanitized the room - we had 2 kids adult and 2 children sleep somehow on a horrible king bed that had lost all its firmness. Please do not stay here this is not suitable for families - we were so happy to leave I didnt even go check the breakfast in the morning as I didnt even think it was worth it.

  Long Term Stay & Tired of the COVID Excuse for Poor Customer Service.

  Who is tired of being told when bad customer service or lack of customer service is provided it is because of COVID? I'm sick of it. Every place of business from car rentals to restaurants to hotels. I am staying here with a large group for a long term (over 2 months). This property has reduced house keeping to once per week. The memo said that if anything is needed (supplies, laundry) to just ask the front desk. The weekday evening clerk is not very friendly or customer oriented. She sits out in the lobby & eats her dinner. If you come to the desk while she is eating you get tude. On the other hand there is a weekend evening clerk is VERY customer orientated. Very helpful. Not sure if I can put her name on here but i think she will know who she is. Thanks. I'm just tired of the excuses for not providing proper customer service or what should be normal customer service. Also the property needs to enforce the No Smoking within 50 feet of the doors. Walking through a cloud of smoke is not a good thing for an ex-smoker.
