  Quiet, spacious and clean

  Stayed during the Covid-19 pandemic on travels back from the South. Very pleasant room and very quiet and comfortable. Nicely decorated. The "grab and go" breakfast was a little sub-par, but at least they did something! Also a plus was walking distance to a couple restaurants including Buffalo Wild Wings and Los Agaves. When you have no choice but take out, it is convenient to have options nearby.

  Excellent from start to finish

  My dog and I came into the hotel at 1 in the morning and we were exhausted. Everyone we encountered and everything in the hotel was excellent. It was clean and everything was in working order. The only downside was that there was no hot breakfast, but that was due to the virus and I understand. In addition the grounds of the hotel we're really nice and quiet and offered a place for me to walk my dog both at night and in the morning. Great job!

  Safest place during Covid-19! Just wow!

  I cant say enough great things about this place! First of all, the staff! I have NEVER met such a hospitable, helpful and caring staff. The General Manager (Jill I believe) was present what seemed like every time I stepped into the Lobby. When I first checked in I expressed my concerns over Covid 19 and Jill was quick to save the day. She explained the new policies and procedures her team has put into place to keep us safe! It was great to have someone so genuinely caring be able to ease my apprehension. A lot of hotels are talking about what they are doing to prevent the spread but this hotel put it into practice in every way! Everything was sparkling clean from the lobby to room, just immaculate! The front desk team was constantly sanitizing absolutely everything. Ive never seen a team so dedicated to hospitality and the safety of their guests. Thank you to Jill and the whole team! You made my weeks there feel like home and I cannot wait to recommend my whole corporate team stay with you when we are in the area! Outstanding!

  The property is okay

  We were traveling across country, and unexpectedly were delayed. The stop in Davenport was okay. A couple of items I would consider working on are: 1. Have housekeeping check the room and assure that it is cleaned. My staff always cleaned, then head of housekeeping did a walk through. The hand wipes provided were dried out. This created doubt for us over the true cleanliness of the room. 2. Breakfast is an interesting bag of prepackaged sugary products. Im sure there is a better approach to this. I will preface my comments by saying that if the property did not offer anything before the covid outbreak then what they are offering now as a token is okay. I dont know the covid restrictions in IA, but there was a wedding party present at the property. The positives: Front office was nice and easy to work with. No complaints over the service Washing machines-a plus! Pet friendly Easy parking

  Great place

  My friend and I stayed here one night. We were both nervous traveling during the pandemic. But this hotel was very clean. The rooms had a strip on the doors indicating they were cleaned and sanitized. Even the tv remote had a band around it. They had a hot breakfast, served rather than self serve and it was good. Coffee was available self serve. Having traveled quite a bit for work I consider myself familiar with hotels. I would recommend this one.
