    Excelente estadía."

    Excelente estadía. Muy buen servicio desde el comienzo hasta el fin. El desayuno es completo y el personal atento. Ante cualquier requerimiento se respondió de la mejor manera. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas! Si volviéramos repetiríamos.

    no cumplio mis expectativas lamentablement el hotel no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba. Ojala tenga una nueva experiencia con la cadena de hotels Hilton y cumpla otras expectativas. Gracias espero que este comentario sea leido por alguien y despues compare.

    Very disappointed in this Hilton Honors Hotel

    We had stayed here a few years ago and had no problems. We went this past weekend, December 18-20, 2020 as a New Orleans family trip before Christmas. At check-in the clerk specifically asked us, due to covid-19, if we wanted housekeeping the next day because we were staying 2 nights and normally they would not do it unless requested. We stated "No" and she said she marked it as no housekeeping. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room had 3 TV's. We had both bedroom TV's on, then the one in the room with 2 beds stopped working and said searching for signal, then turned off. My son called the front desk and the clerk said she would have to call the manager (I guess they didn't have maintenance on staff that night). My son said ok, and hung up. In the meantime, we turned off the other bedroom TV and the one with 2 beds started working, so we called the clerk again and she said good, or she would have had to call the manager at home. We then experienced the problem again, but we did not call and complain any more because we would turn off the other TV and the one would start working again. We went to New Orleans the next day and were out until approximately 10:00 that night (Saturday), upon return, we noticed our room had been refreshed by housekeeping and the beds were made. We all commented that we specifically told them not to come in. We did not mention anything to the front desk at that time. Upon checkout my son informed me that housekeeping had taken our pillow (we travel with a pillow on long trips and this was a 9 hour drive) because he had left it on his bed and it was not there when we returned. I checked with the front desk clerk and told her we were not to have housekeeping service and she said Housekeeping would not be in until 9:30 for her to be able to check with them (this was Sunday morning at checkout). I was not going to wait for them, so I said ok. We were loading our car and the clerk came out and told us that housekeeping had not recorded that they cleaned our room. This is UNACCEPTABLE, because with Covid 19 and everything, everyone should be accounting for where they have been. We have not heard from anyone and I would not accept the pillow now if they found it. But, more troubling is the way this was handled and them coming into the room when told not to. Also, there was not a Do Not Disturb sign to put on the door.

    The staff are unprofessional and ignorant

    I did not receive a receipt upon check out and all the employees refused to give it to me because I was not happy with their service and I called corporate on them and the knew it was me so they refused to help me the owner of operations hung up in my face and talk to me like a child. The tv is on the oddest spot, and the bedroom smells like a sewer because they dnt seem to use good cleaning products for the bathroom

    NOT worthy of the Hilton brand

    I'm totally surprised that the powers to be at the Hilton Corporation allow this hotel to operate under their name. After arriving at this hotel, I read some of the reviews about the complaints and disappointments that Hilton customers had staying at this hotel and I must say I can understand why this hotel has a rating of 3.9 well below Hilton standards. Had I know what I was going to encounter at this hotel, I would have drove on to another Hilton property. This hotel cuts corners whenever possible and does ot follow proper COVID-19 practices.
