  Always a favorite

  Newer hotel just a mile from ZMax Dragway and Charlotte Motor Speedway- convenient location to get into Charlotte area businesses. Love staying here for location. I enjoy running down to tracks and getting some extra mileage in while I'm in town. Food choices in the area are good too.

  Best decision ever

  I dont normally take time out to write a review because theres an old business saying that goes... If someone has a great experience nobody ever hears about it but when you have a really bad experience everyone hears about it This review is just the complete opposite !!! I am more than thrilled to write a wonderful review of Homewood suites in Concord North Carolina. After driving 15 hours straight to get to our final destination which was Concord, we unfortunately made the mistake of booking the residence Inn by Marriott. To our disappointment the hotel was in such poor condition, the staff was so rude, we immediately checked out with nowhere to go at 10:30pm. Directly across the way isHomewood suites, so by pure chance I went in and asked the young woman behind the desk Amanda if they had any available rooms, and I explained our call horrific experience. Amanda said absolutely not a problem we have a room and I would be more than happy show you one of our rooms. She promptly took me up to the room so I can see it. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and well appointed, beautiful furniture, modern, beautiful white linens, Nice kitchen and living room area and everything was in great working order. I went downstairs and completed my reservation and also became a Hilton honors number. The level of service that Amanda provided went above and beyond, she even took the time to explain about the honors program, we were grant 400 points just for joining, we were provided with complementary water and snacks. She truly listens and was kind and courteous about our unfortunate mishap at the prior hotel. Once my husband and I finally unloaded everything out of our car and after our completely exhausting day we were able to lay our heads down in peace, the beds were extremely comfortable, the hotel is absolutely immaculate. Especially during these difficult times with COVID-19 the hotel is constantly cleaning, disinfecting, and providing of fresh linens, they even provide Lysol wipes for your room. We will be here for a few days and we are looking forward to enjoying our time. The next morning we had a delicious full hot breakfast and the staff assisted us in the morning with the breakfast was so wonderful and so polite and extremely helpful. I can go on and on truly about this hotel, but truly if you were in the area and you need to make a choice since there are so many hotels on this exact same road trust me you will not go wrong with Homewood suites. My in-laws live about 10 minutes from here and were planning another trip in a few months and I will definitely be returning to Homewood suites

  Awesome Hotel and Staff

  This hotel is super nice and the staff is great. They serve food and drinks during the week for their guests. The gym is better than average. Amanda at the front desk is extremely nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

  Great stay!

  My wife and I were going to BoA Stadium to get our second COVID shot and I didn't feel like making a long drive early in the morning so... The ladies on the desk at check-in, Anastasia and Krystal, were great! Friendly and very helpful. They made check-in a breeze and moved us to a handicap accessible room when my wife asked. The room was very nice! There was a "seal" on the door to let you know that no one had been in the room since housekeeping had cleaned it. Since this is an extended stay facility, there was a full sized refrigerator, a dish washer and a small cook top in the kitchen area. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed slept well. These folks do breakfast right in the time of COVID! There was a glove dispenser located at the entrance to the breakfast area where you held your hand over a sensor and a blast of air opened the glove so that you could slip your hand into it. No more than 3 people were allowed into the food area at one time. Besides the usual cereal, bagels, bread and fresh fruit they had two waffle makers, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and home fries and grits. My wife and I enjoyed our hot breakfast! Check-out was as easy as dropping the room keys into a bin and leaving. I told both the check-in ladies and the lady who checked me out that I was impressed with the property and that while I had never stayed at a Homewood Suites before, I would certainly add them to my list of properties to stay at after this experience!

  Great stay

  Amanda, Tatiana, Kate, Stasia and the rest of the staff were awesome to communicate with and went more than above and beyond accommodating our needs as a business operating remotely. Cannot recommend enough.
