  Gross sink and the guy in the afternoon shift in the customer service is very rude.

  The minute we check in the room i turned on the sink and all this crap comes out. It is so gross. Complained it to the guy in the lobby who is very rude and not so friendly. He needs to find a new job, he seems so unhappy working as a customer representative. Overall the stay is ok. The bed is comfortable and location is great.

  It is mind blowing to think a Hilton hotel could be so poorly maintained

  We stayed at this hotel for one evening Sunday, July 26 and check out on Monday the 27. Let me say first and foremost that the gentleman who checked us in could not have been a more professional or better person. We checked into the hotel, drove to the back, and proceeded to come into the facility from the rear door. The moment we stepped into the elevator, we should have known to have immediately checked out. The floor and wall next to the number pad on the elevator was filthy, with what seem to be liquid spilled all over the wall and floor. And this liquid did not look like if it just had been spilled there, for it had the look of a days old spill. As we walked out of the elevator and looked to our left, the area next to the ice machine was filthy as well. We proceeded to go into our room, and as we walked in, the room had a peculiar good smell, but sort of like those aromas you smell when you are trying to hide something. Anyways, roomed looked ok, but wasn't until one of us was taking a shower that we could view the under-rim on the toilet, that truly shocked us. The hotel did not look overwhelming full, but we decided against complaining about the situation, for we did not want to be moved to another room. We figured things would be similar somewhere else. The pictures of the common areas I uploaded here were taken the following morning when we checked out, so overnight, no one cared to clean the common areas, or the elevator, or the area around the ice machine. As the title of this review states, it is astonishing that a Hilton brand hotel could have one of their properties maintained so poorly, specially given the importance cleanness and decontamination must have these days. We are frequent visitors to the area, and as Hilton Honor members, we stay in Hilton brand hotels. I hope one day to be able to go back to this property and feel as though I will not catch a disease if I need to use the restroom in my room. I hope the hotel and Hilton uses this review as a way to improve the way they maintain this property, specially given the circumstance surrounding us these days.

  Great Location

  This is a great location for the Riverbanks Zoo. But this hotel is in dire need of updating. Our room was terrible. The Comforter on both beds was so old and faded. Mattress was saggy. Wallpaper in the bathroom was falling off the walls. The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It would have been helpful had the website indicated the pool was closed.

  Very enjoyable stay

  This is a very nice place to stay. The staff is very kind. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast and the coffee was nice. Had a nice little kitchenette. It was a nice couch to sit on and a big living area. It was quiet and it was an enjoyable place to stay.

  Worst hotel

  Didn't even stay long. Checked in hotel front desk staff was not very hospitable. Get in the elevator their was dog poop, go to our floor needed updating wasn't bad looking. Got to he room 1 bedroom suite. Toilet was rusted and looked like a prison bathroom. Couch I would not sit on and shower I would not shower in. Beds were comfy and clean looking but everything else was gross. Got our stuff after 10 mins of contemplation of leaving. Went back to the elevator poop was still there. Advised the front desk it was there upon departure and he was rude and angry at me for telling him about the poop. Very sketchy. Took my business to stay bridge suites by Marriott. Same price and 3000x better.
