Excelente opcion en Chattanooga.La relacion calidad/precio queda totalmente a favor del cliente. Las suites muy comodas. En cuanto a alimentos, el desayuno fácil y rapido. Por la tarde no tendras necesidad de salir. Eso incrementa considerablemente la conveniencia de este hotel.

Very nice hotel, but terrible morning staffI am staying at this hotel for the past week and one more to go. I must say having a kitchenet & kitchen utensils in the room is very convenient if you are staying for so long. You also have a microwave and large fridge if you want to stock refrigerated food for many days. Bed is large and comfortable and bedroom is separated by a door from the kitchen/living area. You have in suite bathroom. Hotel itself is clean and located in a very convenient area. Due to covid, housekeeping is not provided on a daily basis, but it is upon request. It is a pet friendly hotel: I was a bit worried I could get a noisy dog neighbor (I love dogs, but I love to sleep well, too) but it was not the case. Very quiet so far. Also, breakfast is adapted to covid, on the mode Grab & Go. About breakfast, a few complaints: time for breakfast is 6.30 to 9.30 AM on weekdays, but 3 of the 5 days we´ve been staying here, there was no coffee available. Having a tight schedule to get to work on time, it is not convenient being asked to wait 10 minutes until tank is refilled: they should have one more tank available or refill it more frequently. Also, help desk in charge of morning shift (Derrick) is very rude and not eager at all to help or assist. I will get back to that later. Going back to breakfast to go, you get one box of bagel/sandwich + yogurt and you also can pick a bottle of water, milk or apple/orange juice, oranges or bananas, cereals, soup, jam and butter. I´ve noticed there are no pastry options at all, although in the grab & go notice there is a muffin picture but no muffins or even toasts provided. Final note is on politeness and care to customer provided at front desk. I never complain about this, but in this case it was a repetitive behavior and it is only fair that I point it out. On the day of arrival (Sunday), a nice lady welcomed us to the hotel, very kind and polite. Monday morning, and every morning so far, the person at the help desk is Derrick. My husband and I have breakfast at different times due to different work schedules but, when I´ve pointed out to him that the front desk helper was rude, he had had the same feeling by his own experience. I would not be surprised if many guests felt the same way. Just to mention some specific issues, he ignores you and is rude when being asked for assistance, he does not speak and only points out things without saying a word or, if you are lucky, he answers in monosyllables. It happened to us twice when asking for coffee at breakfast, looking at you up and down and replying you have to wait. Second time his answer was we are our of coffee because many people fill very large cups. Also, I always get a cup of hot water for my tea. I´ve once noticed water was coming out dirty and showed it to him so that they could be aware of this, all he did (WITHOUT SAYING A WORD) was go to the water tank, filled a cup of water, looked at it and walked away. Again, without saying a word! Is this the kind of employee Hilton hotels wants to be represented by? Very, very disappointing.

Nice night for drive throughThe hotel was clean and spacious. The shower was strong. Also loved the keyless entry. We didnt see one person the whole time which is perfect for Covid times. Our pup Jackson also loved his stay as much as we did.

Dated and not Customer FocusedThis hotel was very dated and obviously not renovated recently. I always carry a black light with me when I travel and the bathroom walls were disgusting. I chose Homewood suites because I knew they should have a evening reception and a hot breakfast in the morning. It is now February 2021 and they are still using Covid as an excuse not to offer these amenities. The Embassy suites only a few blocks away has their evening reception, hot food and a hot breakfast. You can judge hotels now by the ones who use Covid as an excuse not to offer amenities that they feel will cost them. I would avoid this property until they renovate and until they reinstate their amenities.

Terrible.This place is an absolute complete JOKE. Do not stay here. They do not have their crap together whatsoever. They couldnt even manage to check us in the right way. They assigned other people to our room and then couldnt even take care of the problem. Or give us good customer service. Literally acted like what they did had nothing wrong with it and did absolutely nothing to convenience us at all, or make our problem better. What an absolute joke of a hotel. Would never recommend EVER.
