Muy cómodas las habitaciones
Las habitaciones son amplias, bien amobladas y están dotadas con lo necesario para cocinar. Muy buena ubicación. Tuvimos una atención fantástica de Julien, fué muy amable, eficiente y nos dió todas las orientaciones que necesitamos. Pedimos desayuno para llevar pero no fue satisfactorio.

Practico, bien ubicado
Hotel muy cómodo, las habitaciones amplias, práctico ya que tiene cocineta, el horario del desayuno incluido es muy temprano, si ves todo considerando que es horario de invierno, está ubicado a una cuadra de la estación del tren y a dos de la plaza principal. Lo único malo es el servicio de camaristas, lo único que hacen es tender camas y lavar el baño

Dissapointing
To start, C$38 for parking, and valet only. So, add that to your great rate. Further, there is no marking anywhere as to where you pull over to run in and get a valet, as nothing is marked and there is no room out front. So, good luck with that. Snacks and 'drinks', I was told in the evening, as with any Homewood. However, as opposed to most Homewood's I have been to, this one has a charge for wine and beer...but you get free coke or whatever, awesome. Breakfast was rather, well, gross, one of the worst I have seen at a Homewood...good luck with the rather unsightly fruit, really the only healthy option. Positives. Room was nice, spacious and clean, and a fairly comfortable bed. Gym was well above average for a Homewood...although surprisingly, no hand sanitizer in the gym or at the elevator on the gym floor (!!!). Front staff were hit or miss, really positive at check-in, downhill from there. The valet was friendly and helpful (but still...$38?!). No need to visit here again.

Beautiful Hilton property, minor concerns
The suites are well-appointed and beautifully designed. The was one minor cleanliness concern in the room where food was found from the previous guest. Parking was a bit of a challenge, we could not find the hotel self-parking garage as there was no signage. Finally had to call the front desk who directed us to turned into an unassuming alley to access the garage. Signage was also poor in the garage as it relates to access to the dual hotels and it is also confusing in the lobby elevator banks and we ended up in the HGI building instead of the Homewood building. Directional Signage can be better through the building. The hotel provided a served grab and go breakfast which was pretty good and the server was super polite. The slim guy in the AM dressed in a dapper suit with waistcoat was very professional and represented your hotel with distinction. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

Fantastic service and well appointed rooms, impressive for even the Hilton standard.
I always prefer to stay in Hilton hotels when I can, and have tried all of the different brands, in a number of countries. As I was sharing with a friend on this trip, I chose to stay at the suites in Calgary. The room was booked with loyalty points, so I only chose the lowest level room they did and I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furnishings and amenities of both the hotel and our suite. I'm not sure when the hotel was built, but it frankly seemed to be new, it was in such good repair, and so clean. Our suite contained two rooms - a large living/kitchen room with large seating area and kitchenette, and then a large bedroom with two double beds, a walk-in wardrobe and a big ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath. Both rooms contained a large (Probably 47") Flat Screen TV with a selection of channels. Breakfast was included in room, and was served in an area downstairs which also doubled as a seating area outside of breakfast times. The food selection at breakfast was varied, with selections of cereals, hot and continental breakfast items, which were all fresh and replenished regularly. Outside of breakfast times there is an adjacent pub, which I believe serves food too, and the hotel has a selection of vending machines for various food, drinks and convenience items. During our stay at the hotel, we were greatly taken care of by the staff. the receptionist gave us a local map and told us several things he could recommend for us to visit locally. When we picked up our hire car, and had an issue with it (We are Brits, not used to north American automatic vehicles), and the valet checked it out, resolved the issue and gave us a few tips on driving in Canada. On the second day, the same valet recommended a shooting club for us to try out, and even called them and made a booking for us. We really couldn't have asked for better service here. As a frequent user of Hilton hotels, the staff here went above and beyond what i would expect as a Diamond loyalty member. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you stop here, you'll be looked after, whatever you needs.
