  Habitaciones muy cómodas

  Habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, con muchos accesorios, incluidos cocina, nevera, plancha, lavaplatos. Desayunos variados, personal amable. Lo elegimos por estar a medio camino entre Toronto y Niágara, por lo cual nos permitía acceder a ambos sin recorrer excesiva distancia. Como inconveniente, que sin coche resulta muy difícil llegar. Tiene piscina cubierta.

  Every Detail Covered

  We have been traveling for over 75 days nonstop so I am starting to notice all the little things that make a place enjoyable. Homewood Suites has impressed me regarding every detail. The hotel itself seems to be very clean and new with extremely tasteful and modern decor. Here's all the other stuff I have appreciated: - A small light that is illuminated so I don't have to turn on bright lights when trying to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. - Great selection of breakfast items and beverages for breakfast even during COVID (seems like some places we stayed at used COVID as an excuse to provide subpar breakfast or no breakfast at all). - Fluffy towels - Nice selection of pillows from firm to soft because everyone has a different preference. - Dog-friendly on the 1st and 2nd floors. - Room doors that don't slam. - TVs that work - Shower curtain bars that curve out so there's more room in the shower. - Window that open for fresh air. - Friendly staff. - Comfortable beds. We will be staying 5 nights here and I am sooooooo glad it's a place where we feel comfortable and safe, sleep well at night and is located near many box stores and restaurants.

  Consistent Excellence

  I discovered this hotel because I have twins who are down the street at the University of Vermont. I have stayed several times pre-covid and post-coved and have been happy each time. I have stayed in the two bedroom suites, one bedroom double bed suite, and the premium accessible king room. Every room has been spotless and as pictures on the website. Each room has a stovetop, full fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker (not Keurig) and dishes/silverware for 4. I like the fact that evevy stay has been very quiet and they typically accommodate my room request to be away from elevators etc. Despite the pandemic, the hotel still offers a hot breakfast, (compared to the full priced Hilton on the water that gives you a box to go). There are typically 4 hot options (last ones being stuffed French toast and 3 different egg entries) along with bagels, English muffins, cereal and the best blueberry/chocolate chip muffins. You can eat in the dining area or bring stuff back to your room. Everything is pre-plated and I felt very safe partaking in the breakfast. I can't comment on daily cleaning, but on day 2 I was called to ask if we needed anything and we were all set. Who really wants their room cleaned during a pandemic? The rooms are updates and spacious, but the thing that sets this property apart from competitors is the staff. If you call with a question, you get a live person, who is enjoyable and pleasant! Hats off to Matt at the front desk for generously offered an upgrade and Brandy who is always helpful. The young lady who checked us in Friday evening was also cheerful despite the late hour. This is our go-to spot for space and kitchen facilities.. We will return again and again. Book in advance as this does sell out before all the other properties in the area. Great job!

  A good stay but lack of cleaning

  My family of 4 stayed in the hotel for 6 days/5 nights. The room was great with space. The breakfast was great. The only problem is they dont clean your room. We arrived on a Saturday- after realizing we need to request housecleaning, we did so on Monday. We were told we needed a day notice so they said they could do it on Tuesday at 11 am. On Tuesday at 3 pm, we got a voicemail stating they did not have time to get to our room so theyd do it Wednesday. On Wednesday at 4 PM, I called to ask if we were still scheduled to have our room cleaned. I was told they screwed up and would not be cleaning our room. Thankfully, I know how to make a bed but it would have been nice to get our towels changed out.

  Very Clean Hotel

  The hotel is clean, All the rooms are well sanitized and staff members are always required to wear mask. Especially during Covid times they are maintaining hygiene. They are serving breakfast like To go packing which is nice to be safe
