  Estancia tranquila y comoda

  Estuvimos en familia por dos noches para visitar Niagara Falls. Si bien hay otros hoteles bonitos mas cerca de las cataratas, este ofrece mucha comodidad y espacio a buen precio y corta distancia en automovil. Las habitaciones osn amplias y comodas con todo lo necesario. El desayuno completo y variado. El staff es muy amable y eficiente.

  Standard en Norteamerica

  No es nada del otro mundo. Lo mejor? Está nuevo. Lo peor? Que es un hotel norteamericano. Baja calidad de puertas, moquetas, ... los empleados amables, pero con una amabilidad extraña. La calidad de sueño. El desayuno, como en el 95% de hoteles de norteamerica, muy flojo. Lo mejor, el platano.

  Great hotel and staff

  My son and I stayed at the Homewood Suites for over 2 weeks so that he could quarantine before starting college (due to New York State requirements for people coming from out of state). The hotel was absolutely great. Nice living room and dining area with kitchenette and separate bedroom made for a very comfortable stay at a fairly reasonable price. The room setup was great for us both to be able to work (him on a summer class, me for my job) during the day and then relax watching TV and movies at night. The hotel provided a box breakfast each day with packaged items like an egg and sausage breakfast sandwich (to microwave in the room), cinnamon roll, fruit, and juice/milk with choices. We also ordered groceries from Wegmans down the street and they delivered to the lobby and we picked up the groceries completely contactless. Although we hardly saw any of the staff since we stayed quarantined in the room, everyone was extremely friendly on phone and would pick up our trash outside the room and drop off extra paper towels or other needs. Alex at the front desk was terrific and would drop off our breakfast order to our door most mornings so we didnt even need to leave the room. Windows opened nicely to get fresh air and the air conditioning was great from wall vents (not those noisy units under the window like in some hotels). I would walk around the property in the evening to get some exercise (always staying distant from others with a mask) and it felt very safe and there is a pretty field and basketball court with picnic table behind the building. There is a lovely courtyard in the middle of the building with a fire pit. We never sat out in the courtyard unfortunately since there always seemed to be people sitting out without masks. My only irritation was the last two days after we had completed the quarantine and started circulating a bit more, we kept seeing guests in the halls and lobby without masks, even though there are signs everywhere saying to wear masks in public areas. Not the hotels fault, but come on people! Please have more courtesy to other hotel guests and employees serving you to wear a mask! Its really not that hard to do for the few minutes when you are going to get ice or walking through the lobby before going to your car! Overall terrific hotel - just wish all of the guests were considerate of others.

  Clean, friendly staff, good value

  We recently stayed at this hotel with 2 kids - spacious room. Hotel and room were clean which made the stay feel safe. Staff was very good - pool is open and they have a good plan for safe use. Also appreciated the modified breakfast option. Highly recommend this hotel - I have stayed at others in the same area and this was my best experience so far.

  WE LEFT! Stranded without a reservation with a baby due to how filthy it was

  I wish I could give this a zero. I was excited to try this hotel based on reviews. Upon arrival, our room was not ready for 3pm check in time. At 3:45 the girl at the front desk finally came to the lounge to tell us it was all set. My boyfriend and I were traveling with our 16 month old, tired and hungry. When we entered the room, we immediately could not breathe due to whatever they had sprayed in the air to make it seem clean. I could taste it, it was so strong. It was definitely not safe for the baby to breathe in and we certainly couldnt eat in there. The dishwasher was still running with dirty dishes from the previous guests. I had to clean some sort of red sauce off the wall so my baby didnt touch it. There was hair in the bathtub stuck to the jets. Then, the straw that broke the camels back and made us immediately get up and leave- little black hairs all over the hand/face towel at the sink. It was bad enough where we didnt even care if we were stranded without a reservation on our trip, we couldnt get out of there fast enough. I feel horrible that my child spent even 10 minutes in that filthy room. So disappointed!!! Also, not that we were interested in staying long enough for a shower, there was only ONE towel in the bathroom for all three of us for a two night stay.
