  Practico, Habitación amplia limpia y comoda.

  Nos alojamos con dos amigas a principio de Marzo. Fue un viaje principalmente de compras y el hotel está relativamente cerca del Towne Square, Estuvimos sólo una noche. El personal fue muy amable y nos atendió muy bien. La tarifa era razonable e incluía desayuno. La Habitación era amplia y tenía todas las comodidades básicas, incluyendo un microondas y una mini heladerita. El baño grande Y estaba en excelentes condiciones. Recomiendo el hotel sin dudarlo, pero es necesario que quienes se alojen tengan auto a su disposición, principalmente si tienen intención de ir al centro por la noche. Son menos de diez minutos en auto, pero es difícil acceder con transporte público si uno no conoce. El estacionamiento en el hotel es gratuito.

  2 bedroom suite was great for us

  In town for my son's baseball tournament. Had no intention of being out and about due to the coronavirus and local folks not wearing masks or social distancing. Wanted a large suite my son and I could just hang out in, and this fit the bill. Each had our own room, separate living room and a kitchen. Rooms were generally clean, although bed coverings were a bit odd (had what seemed like a bed skirt as a sheet), only had a sauce pan (no skillet) and the walls are thin (heard snoring above me). Promoted the Lysol clean program, but didn't have any stickers on our room. Grab and go breakfast was meh. Would stay here again for the room size.

  Already booked another stay

  Recent remodel of the hotel lobby is beautiful. I thought this was a new hotel when I walked in.suites are spacious. Staff is great. One of the better Homewood Suites. Im back at the end of the month.

  So incredibly noisy.

  Nice except for the most important thing: being able to sleep. The sound from the hallway and outside come right thru the walls. Jets were taking off and landing directly over the hotel very late and very early. A guest was leaving at 3 am and going in and out of his room every 15 minutes thru 4:15am, slamming the door so hard that we felt the vibration in our room, not to mention how loud it was. I called the desk for help after the third time and 45 minutes of no sleep. They said they know who it is and will try to do something. But it continued. After the fifth time, at about 4:15am I poked my head into the hall and asked him to please try to close the door more quietly so folks could sleep. He said "f--- off". The jets overhead and vehicles outside kept us awake from then until 7 am, when we began getting ready to leave for the job we had that day at the hospital. A horrible, miserable experience of just 2-3 hours of broken sleep. Just no sound insulation at all in a very noisy environment.

  Dog kennel experience every evening

  I arrived at this establishment on a work assignment for approximately 30 days. At first my stay was uninterrupted in any way but that quickly changed. It seems that some guests that were checked in leave their dogs locked inside their rooms while they embark on journeys. This leave the lone dog to cause a lot of problems such as barking and howling, especially in the evening hours. I haven't had a good nights rest in 17 days due the nightly fruckess. I have contacted the front desk repeatedly an have asked to move to a different room. I was offered a room on the first floor which I refused due to the noise that comes with first floor dwelling. To date of this review the dogs are still here and they are still barking and howling. I love dogs and have one of my own back home. I do not appreciate the nightly interruptions to my sleep patterns and the management here seems utterly useless with regards to extended stay guests and their happiness. In addition to this main issue the laundry area is a total waste of time here because you ca wash your clothing but cannot dry them. The clothes dryers are both broken and have remained that way since I arrived onsite here. I take my laundry needs to an offsite laundry house where I have had no issues in washing and drying my laundry. The management here is providing monies back to guests for losses associated with money spent to dry clothing. You get to take your dampened clothes back to your room and hang them or lay them about to dry them somewhat. The hotel is directly in the landing path for the local airport. I will not stay here again in the future. BEWARE!
