  Excelente Hotel

  Muy cómodo, excelente atención, muy buena localización y gran relación entre precio y calidad. Muy buen desayuno, la gente muy atenta. Volvería sin dudarlo en un próximo viaje por Atlantic City. Saludos

  First Class Front Desk Staff

  I have stayed here for business a few times this month & each time was a pleasant experience-a clean room & a friendly, patient & accommodating Front Desk staff, especially GM Debbie & Assistant GM Monique, as well as Denise. This team works tirelessly offering their time & attention to the needs of each guest. Thank you!

  VERY Limited Amenities!

  You'll get a great Homewood Suites room at this hotel, but almost all other amenities have been curtailed. The gym is closed. The pool is closed...seemingly due to coronavirus, but I've stayed at other hotels in New Jersey that have open pools and simply display signs encouraging social distancing and limiting the number of guests in the room at one time, so I'm not exactly sure why this hotel's was closed? There is no evening social hour as is customary with most Homewoods...due to cost cutting perhaps? I'm not sure why they can't still have it, and offer grab-and-go where guests can bring food back to their room like they do for breakfast. Breakfast is still available and there are plentiful options, but you must get it to go to bring back to your individual room, no food consumption in the lobby is allowed. No complimentary newspapers. We had a 45-minute wait in the rain our night of arrival for the complimentary airport shuttle from Atlantic City regional airport (ACY), just a ten-minute drive away -- because the driver was on break and he wouldn't come pick us up until his break was over. I work in hospitality and we don't get set breaks, our customers come first and we schedule our breaks around the company needs, but I guess this hotel doesn't see it that way. In any case, the rooms were clean and well appointed, staff was friendly, and there are plenty of food options within a short walk away including a grocery store across the street that's open until 11pm. I'd love to stay at this hotel again in the future when they're operating at 100% of advertised services & amenities.

  Clean, Friendly Service, Short Stay

  Visiting Atlantic City or the area? I highly recommend staying at the Homewood! Property is very clean and you can smell the clean air in the large suites and public areas. My room was spotless, Thank God! So many places walking distance too. Commercialized area. Great for a long term stay or just a short stay, they have everything! Atlantic City is super close too! Amenities are great now, even with everything going on in 2020! Beyond satisfied with my stay. It felt like my home away from home! Breakfast was good too and complimentary! Why not stay here?!

  Worst Experience in a Very Long Time

  As the title above states, worst experience in a very long time and I stay in excess of 200 nights in hotels each year. Guests above, adjacent sides, and across the hall were extremely loud for many consecutive days and nights. I made multiple complaints to the manager on site and nothing changed, it actually got worse. Loud music, doors slamming, and people jumping from mid afternoon until way after midnight. Multiple complaints to the front desk and things only got worse. Had already stayed 30 days and had reservations for the next 30 days. Needless to say, I quickly cancelled my reservation and booked at another hotel.
