  Cuarto Sucio

  Cuarto sucio, lleno de polvo cuando nos entregaron la suite. Housekeeping nunca recogio, ni limpio nuestra suite. Tuvimos que comprar medicamentos para la alergia. Las facilidades y l localización estaban muy buenas.

  Excelente

  Excelente todo, muy acogedor el recibidor . La habitación muy limpia y cómoda , dormí mejor que en casa El desayuno recomendaría más frutas . El orden y limpieza excelente en todas la áreas. El clima dentro del hotel es muy agradable

  Some good - some improvements needed

  Overall we had a fine stay at this hotel but did have a couple of issues - first when we arrived to our room we found that all the dishes were in the dishwasher, but they were not clean and there was no soap in the room to use to clean them. We got a bottle of dawn and hand washed a couple of the glasses we needed for our visit. Thankfully we didn't need to cook anything. Second was the TV - constently would be watching a show and the screen would go black and get an error message about poor signal, then in about 10-15 seconds the show would resume, but you had missed the 10-15 seconds. Sometimes this would have every 5 minutes or so, so it made watching TV frustrating. Third was the sound - not sure what was going on in the room above us but sometimes it sounded like they were training circus animals with all the stomping going on - I know that's not the hotels fault, but I wonder how much was due to the occupants and how much was just the lack of soundproofing in construction. Also we were there on New Year's eve and I expect noise at midnight - but it continued until 2 -3 am and the hotel did a poor job of allowing overcrowded room parties to continue until those hours. However, the hotel was clean, seemed to be taking Covid precautions and every employee I interacted with was pleasant and friendly.

  Well run property

  This is a very well run property. Here on business, and had to extend my stay twice to nearly two weeks total (not necessarily a bad thing) . As such, had a good overall view of the operation. This is likely the best overall stay I've had at an Atlanta area property, especially considering the cost, parking & incovenience of downtown and Buckhead locations. The GM and staff are professional, diligent and accommodating. I was able to rest and work comfortably. There is a parking deck which initially was a turnoff, however, with cold and rainy weather, ended up being a benefit. There are things you get with hotels in general, most of which are out of management's control. Experienced none of the negs some have mentioned. Will book again.

  Staff was great

  Not a very experienced traveler but I was very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Had to extend our stay a couple of times and did not hesitate to continue our stay at this hotel. It is located on a road that was not heavily traveled...maybe that is due to Covid, but not too far from places to eat and shop. The room didn't have all the pots and pans when we arrived but they were provided quickly when we asked for them. They looked brand new and were quality items. The grab and go breakfast that was provided due to Covid got a little old after being there so many days. It consisted of two boiled eggs, plain bagel, cream cheese, a Red Delicious apple, vanilla or strawberry yogurt, apple or orange juice, a bottle of water and coffee. It was plenty of food just lacking in variety. After so many days we had accumulated enough eggs that we made egg salad sandwiches. There were a couple of days that bananas and oranges were also available, as well as blueberry and chocolate muffins. Nice thing is you can always fix something else if you don't like what they offer. They also have a pantry with items you can purchase. We were on the fourth floor facing the east. Never saw any bugs, which was important as my daughter gets very freaked out, especially over cockroaches! It appeared to be an older property, and there was some trouble with one of the elevators but it was fixed before we ended our stay. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Hopefully the hot breakfast will be available the next time we are there.
