  Excelente Hotel y atención

  Me tocó estar en el hotel una semana por motivos laborales. El hotel es fantástico, las habitaciones muy cómodas todas con wi-fi, las camas de las mejores en las que dormí y la atención fue excelente. Elisa y Chrisitna de la recepción excelentes. Lo mejor de Bethlehem. Muy recomendable.

  Suficiente

  Es un hotel con grandes habitaciones, no es nada especial, la máquina de aire acondicionado estaba bastante sucia. Lo bueno es que por las tardes ponen cena gratis (perritos, hamburguesas, ...) incluyendo bebida. El desayuno es normal. La próxima visita a la zona elegiré otro hotel.

  Good for what we needed - room for improvement

  I want to first say, this group did a GREAT job with handling COVID and trying to keep guests safe. For that we were very appreciative! Great location if headed to Blue Mountain, near restaurants and shopping. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was a dog friendly 2 bedroom suite. The room was extremely spacious. My family of 5 plus our dog had no issues with space at all. Two separate rooms was perfect and 2 full bathrooms. The living space (or living room) was the biggest issue in the room. There is one tiny two seater couch and 1 arm chair. We couldn't all sit there and hang out (we brought board games) or even watch TV together. There wasn't space. The kitchen was great and came totally filled with flatware, plates, toaster, paper towels etc. This worked out really well for the grab and go breakfast. We brought everything back up to the room to eat which was great because we didn't have to worry about social distancing. The table only sat two people with two chairs, so we took turns eating. Having another table or end table to use would be helpful in a room that has the potential to fit 8 guests. Everything in the room was worn. The couch had tears and rips. The table had nicks and paint chipped. The bathrooms were a bit worn as well. Carpets worn. BUT that's okay! It's a dog friendly hotel! It was clean! The heating worked well. The water got hot. The fridge worked. It was fine for what it was. The bed was a bit odd as they used a mattress pad as a blanket? There was a sheet, then a mattress then the comforter. It didn't work out too well but not worth complaining about. Our kids used the pool as well. Major props to the front desk for managing the number of people in the pool. We felt safe and comfortable. The pool area was clean and spaced out. Breakfast was great although most of the time we went we had to wait for the food to be refilled. This was of no fault of the staff. The people staying at the hotel were maybe taking advantage of the grab and go. They hotel provided large paper bags to fill up with breakfast items and then safely eat elsewhere. There was also sanitizer and gloves. I think some patrons took advantage of this taking way more then they normally would if they were dining in house. The team did their best to keep up with the demand. Overall, it was a nice stay. We were comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms are definitely dated. The hotel staff was accommodating and we definitely felt like we were safe and the areas were clean. Should we head back that direction, we would definitely stay there again.

  Weekend family trip

  Let me first start by saying I would go back and give it another chance. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with kitchen. The room was super nice. We got there and the door was open and the sanitized sticker on the door should be sealed and it was ripped. The room was clean with exception of a deodorant cap on floor ( no biggie). I never saw a maid and when I called down to get sheets the woman at front desk seemed overwhelmed and told me I have to come get my own sheets. I felt bad for her, they are understaffed for sure. Another thing, if you have really loud small children I recommend staying on 1st level. My kids were just having fun in their room laughing and we received a noise complaint call and they did run down the hallway to get to elevator (which they shouldnt have) someone opened their door and yelled. The location is great with Starbucks, wawa right there. If you are really into working out the gym is open super small and not one machine worked. Not sure if its because of covid rules but thought Id add. Happy travels.

  Great location

  This hotel is in a great and safe location. Staff was ok. The hotel was full to capacity so service was not at 100 not the staff fault but I blame Hilton for understaffed. My room kitchenette and bathroom were dirty and unfortunately n9one ever answered the front desk since we arrived after hours. I believe this can be fixed in the future.
