  Muy buen hotel

  Habitaciones limpias, proceso del check-in es rápido tardo dos minutos. Esta cerca de restaurantes y bares, me queda a 5 minutos de las oficinas del corporativo. El internet inalambrico es muy rápido y no tuve ningún problema.

  Trash Never Collected-ANYWHERE

  Trash in the parking lot, trash on the grass, trash in the hall, trash cans overflowing. No toilet paper or tissues in hotel room. No one answers the phone at the hotel when you call for help. Trash was in the hallway when we arrived and remained throughout our entire stay. they "Sanitize" the rooms and put a blue seal on the door. The Toxic Chemicals made my eyes red and my nose run the entire time we were there. What good is sanitizing if you are endangered by Toxic Chemicals. That fog "gets into everything" Not worth going to any hotel until they provide service.

  Dirty room, limited services

  Pros: The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and the hotel is in a convenient location. Cons: The room was NOT clean, which is concerning during a pandemic. This was our first hotel stay since the end of February & was only because we had to be in the area for a funeral. Hilton is making it sound as though the rooms are immaculately clean. Ours was DEFINITELY NOT! I appreciate you putting a seal on our door claiming the room is clean, but maybe actually cleaning it first would make me feel more confident that Im not going to get sick. There were dried mud footprints, old peanuts, crumbs from food, clumps of dog hair, an old band aid wrapper and pieces of dog food on the floor. The sheets on the bed were stained and put on incorrectly!!! We had to remake the bed-not real convenient. The sheets were put on the wrong direction and the mattress protector was actually ABOVE the flat sheet!!! Like whoever made the bed thought it was a blanket but it was clearly the mattress protector! The shower curtain was moldy and completely ripped along the top. I totally understand that we are in a pandemic but over 6 months into this its getting a little annoying that businesses are still using this as an excuse for poor service. The breakfast is essentially non-existent (some granola bars and yogurt) and there is no housekeeping services. I feel as though we overpaid for the condition of our room and not receiving the normal hotel services. We live in TX and will be visiting family often in this area, but will be looking for a new hotel.

  Just Say No!

  Pro: Nice layout one bedroom suite Cons: Dirty Dirty Dirty There were piles of items under the bed, the tub was dirty. This made us feel the whole suite was unclean. The blue sticker was on the door indicating the room was cleaned to Hilton Covid standards, Please look at the attached photos. The manager came to the room to see all of this. He sent someone to clean it up, she cleaned the offensive items, but not anything else. We thought she might have wiped hints down and vacuumed, but she did not. I called the manager and left a message, but he never called back. It had a kitchen, but no dish soap. The poor lady at the front desk was hauling laundry and doing so many other tasks,

  Disappointing experience

  In-room coffeemaker didn't work; inadequate bedcovers, with no blankets in room; exorbitant pet fee ($75), not informed up front, just tacked on to bill; it seemed like getting our money was more important than serving us.
