  Hotel in a lovely setting

  Our stay was very comfortable and the staff were most willing and helpful. Our bed room was spacious and the pods were an amusing and secure place for a lovely evening. Dinner was slightly disappointing.

  Outstanding hotel and staff

  Weve never stayed in a hotel for Christmas, so it was a bit of a gamble, especially in these difficult times. But we couldnt have chosen better. The hotel is tastefully laid out and decorated, they have clearly gone to great expense in the selection of furniture, paintings, lighting; and the rooms are wonderful. We booked the Christmas package, which basically meant we were treated throughout to a wide variety of yummy drinks and great selection of food. Upon arrival, we were made to feel extremely welcome, and safe; throughout our stay, we were looked after by attentive, extremely friendly staff, who went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed. And its dog friendly, actually, more than friendly; our two dogs were treated like royalty, with their own comfy beds, treats and even a Christmas cracker (with more treats) included. Dogs are welcome to relax throughout the hotel, except the restaurant; but they are allowed in the bar, where the staff are happy to serve dinner so you never have to be apart!! Seriously, we had a wonderful few days, and very much hope we can return in the not too distant future.

  Amazing stay

  We stayed for one night as a couple enjoyed it so much we booked another room for the following night to come with our 3 children! Its an amazing hotel, good, staff and the hotel its self amazing! We will return in the summer for a few nights to enjoy the outdoor pool more

  Wedding stay

  We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a couple of nights after our wedding just before Christmas, we had previously had to postpone due to lockdown but when we did eventually arrive the hotel did not disappoint at all. Everything was just as we had asked, from the time we arrived for our lunch in one of the dining domes with our witnesses to checking out a few days later we had the perfect stay. All the staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. We will certainly be back again when we can. An extra mention and thank you to both Alice and Lewis for all their help and assistance. Nothing was too much trouble.

  Excellence personified!

  We stayed at Homewood on the night of our wedding, having decided on it as we wanted something exceptional for the occasion. Our expectations were surpassed and we had an amazing and memorable stay!!! We won't hesitate to return to celebrate special occasions moving forward!!
