  Front Desk Service

  Stayed in this hotel to go to a Chiefs game with my family and it was very busy. Andrea at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and made our stay such a pleasant experience! Whenever I called the front desk for info or help with the room, she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She honestly deserves a raise.

  Best customer service

  I was in town recently visiting family and decided to stay here since it has convenient access to the highways and cheap but everything that could of been wrong was wrong w this hotel room. I know that for the price I cant expect perfect but the room was dirty. The bed wasnt even made, I decided to leave and went to speak to front desk. Andrea was patient and changed my mind and was able to get me into a better room and made sure we were taken care of. She really made our night since we were in pretty late and would of had to look for a different hotel at that time. Best customer service from Andrea.

  Great visit

  Ive been staying in hometown studio since April and Ive havent had any problems with being here, Cardia she works front desk and she has been a huge help with anything I need, if I need help in my room she would send up maintenance ASAP. If I need help with getting use to the points or questions she is a huge help. She does a great job on being there. I appreciate her. And what she does.

  Very Bad Services

  Don't come to this hotel. I checked into my hotel on May 3,2020 the first room I moved into had water dripping into the room from the rain & on top of that we had no hot water in that room so I ask to be moved into another room. The next problem is that after being here for about 3 or 4 day I called the office for some clean towels but I was told that I can only get clean towels after I've been here for 7 day which I thought was nasty so I seen one of the employees outside & I talk to her about it & she bring me some clean towels. So on the 7th day I call down to the office to get some clean sheets & was asked how long have you been here i told her today is my 7th day & I was told that I needed to wash my own sheets or wait until Wednesday to get clean sheets. On Wednesday I will have been here for 10days & that is very nasty. My husband is a electrician that work on nasty job sites & he need clean towels every day. Now with the sheets I don't work for your hotel so I don't feel like I should have to take my money & wash your sheets or towels..... Very bad hotel & they want 450 a week for a double room

  Worst Lodging Experience EVER

  We checked in on Monday, November 16, 2020. When we arrived in our room, there was a putrid sewage aroma permeating the room the shower and towels had hair and scum on both. We dealt with it. We used the remaining clean towels. On Thursday, November 19th, at 6pm we requested new towels and were denied! Immediately after, we attempted to use hot water but to no avail! We notified the office who has still not responded with a resolution. Most uncomfortable stay I have ever experienced! We not only will never stay at another Red Roof associated property, but we certainly won't recommend this place to anyone! If zero was an optional rating, this place would take the cake.
