  Nasty

  We've stayed here a few times and slowly it has become a nasty, dirty, noisy place. The rooms are not very clean. Rugs are filthy. Definitely not Covid19 clean. Sofa is dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. I will not be staying here again. I do not recommend this for more that a one night stay. Not Hiltons best but sure is one of the worst. Room should be priced at $30 a night. Not worth any more than that. Front desk did not act as if they cared. I did mention all that to them and nothing. Electronic key did not work. Not a big deal unless you want a total Touchless experience. I am a loyal Hilton customer but I do not recommend this Home 2 to anybody.

  Only hotel I have ever left

  People at front desk were kind, helpful, and did not object to our departure. We arrived around 9 after a 10 hour drive. There was hair inside the bed and on the pillow case. Shower full of short hairs. Safety pin in middle of floor (no big deal, but just saying). I have never left a hotel before. Went to the front desk and they showed me another room. This was better but still hair in the shower. There were groups of adults guests hanging in hallways and outside. Kind reminded me of a high school party but adults. We were grateful to get a room at another Hilton property farther on our route. . I booked this stay with points. It was only 14,000 and now I see why. Point refund was supposed to be processed but never was.

  Hotel is Motel 6 standards not Hilton

  Aiesha front desk person is awesome and she went over and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as she could and gave me an upgrade, which I give her a "10" for being so nice. The hotel lobby looks nice and clean until you get to the room, which are filthy. When I go to a hotel I want to relax not clean. Room 317 had issues with cleanliness like the floor had debris, furniture was not wiped down, sheets were not changed, bathroom floor didn't look moped and blinds had holes in them. I called the front desk Aiesha came up and did what she could to make it better. Received a call from General Manager and she said she expected the room herself, which I was shocked by and you missed all these things. Housekeepers don't seem to care and it shows by the look of the rooms. They offered to switch me to another room, but I still would had the same problem room not being clean. This hotel is not Hilton standards and I don't see how they pass inspections. I like giving chances, but this hotel I will not return to, because of the Pandemic I can't take any risk.

  Nice but please empty trash

  Rooms are nice. But outdoor areas need some attention. Trash cans overflowing. Pet area has empty poop bag dispenser and overflowing can. Lots of hand sanitizer stations around the property. Each one we tried was empty.

  Nice Hotel

  Stayed one night on way to Chicago nice clean modern room. Very spacious, lots of counter and desk space. Enjoyed the breakfast during these Covid restrictions. Would definitely return and frequent this chain
