  Probably would not stay here again

  I had selected my own room as I have a preference but I received an email stating my room selection was not available. When we check in we found out healthcare workers were staying on certain floors. I had no issue with that but I wish they would have communicated that when I selected the hotel so I would be able to make my own choice as to if I wanted to still stay there. The front desk staff member was very friendly. The room itself was subpar. The furniture and the frig were totally dirty. I think they really need to deep clean.

  All Was Good, Clean, And Friendly

  We were given room 222 during our one night stay. All the Home2 Suites look the same and this was no different, it was large and clean and comfortable. The Kitchen was stocked with complimentary usage of dishes and utensils, etc. The Shower in the Bathroom was great with plenty of Hot Water and good water pressure. The Bathroom door is a slider out of the wall, but although there was an install of a Lock, it was not completely finished to be installed so it did not work in our Room. No Personal Safe in the Room. Small closet space but plenty of dresser drawer space. The Breakfast was small and not much to choose on, and we had to buy our own juice because they only give you Water otherwise. The Hotel has a small mini mart to purchase snacks and beverage in the Lobby area. The hotel felt safe during the Corona Virus Pandemic because they abide by the safety guidelines. We were comfortable in our stay here and would recommend this Hotel, and we would stay here again if in the area.

  Wonderful H2S

  I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of this H2S. Very nice staff and well appointed rooms that are current. Well worth the value. Well stocked kitchen didnt leave you wondering if you would have a fork or plate. Very please overall.

  Looks Great from the Outside, but the smell

  Hotel was nice, staff was friendly. What I found distasteful was, the hallways were filled of garbage bags, pizza bogs, shoes outside guest rooms that were never cleaned up. I arrived 3:00 PM on Saturday, and left 10:00 AM Sunday, garbage was never touched, even with a mask on I could smell the Oder. Would not recommend to a friend

  Underwhelming

  I understand that the service industry got hit hard by the pandemic. What I don't understand is why the few people that still have to travel and stay loyal to their Hotel/rental car/airline brands are seem to be treated like an inconvenience now. Half of the staff at this place is very nice and friendly and the other half seems to be hating to have a job there. I dont really understand the latter group. If you dont like it, leave! There is practically no more housekeeping during the stay. The breakfast is very limited. The main door is locked at all times and if you don't have a key, you have to pick up that filthy phone next to it (god knows who has touched it or spit into that receiver before and there is no way of cleaning it either) to get someone to open it because there is hardly ever anyone at the front desk to see you standing there. Why? Why is that door locked during the day? The room has kind of a kitchen but no stove. You can get a stove from the front desk but it is an induction plate and it comes only with one small pan. You can fry an egg in it and that's it. No alternatives, no additions. So why having it at all? There is a laundry room by the gym with two washers and two dryers. I've been told that, due to COVID, only one person at the time can do laundry. No, not like you think. One has to finish all its laundry activity before someone else can do theirs. That is retarded. I am an Hilton Honors lifetime diamond vip and a Marriott Platinum member and I am trying to support my people in the travel industry but all I see is a steep decline in customer service so my next stay is going to be in an Airbnb. I wont be back.
